This is my “home” Panera and there is never an occasion where Courtney the GM is notably kind to everyone else and rude to my family. She will say something unprofessional or inappropriate for the environment every time. Weight jokes. Political questions…just an overall rude person. We are sip club and work from home so it’s unfortunate that at least 3-5 times a week we have to interact with her. Miserable woman deadset on someone else joining her in the same vibe. Please get a less forward facing job if you hate people so much. The patrons that host their group meetings there are also reason to head to another franchise location
A step up from fast food, but still quick. Clean and friendly. The food choices are broad and tasty

For some reason, Dayton area Paneras can't get the bake correct on their egg souffles. Purchased a four cheese souffle from The Greene location, runny under baked egg, per usual for Panera these days. Could tell by visual appearance that souffle was not baked correctly. After baking at home for 10min at 300 degrees, souffle was still runny. Time to let corporate know.
Not even got lie the chicken is like wet dog food, and the squash soup taste like straight dog ass. Bread and salads are good tho!! Rustic soup is good too, so is desert just don't get chicken or that soup.. 👎🏻

The food was good, they missed some of the order, but I couldn't go back. This is the second Panera in the area that has done this and not told me.
The receipt shows they checked, they just don't care enough to tell the person paying their salary.

Glad chicken salad (albeit different) is back.
Dietary restrictions: I had breakfast in house and took lunch home. I'm glad chicken salad with pecans is back.

Parking: Not a fan of the BBQ Chicken sandwich. Loved the Brocolli Cheddar Soup.

Ordered a southwest salad. Awful.. the salad was all those weird white pieces of lettuce. The part you usually throw away. Gross Panera. Do better

Panera Bread has the best soup, salad, and subs. I've had the cheddar broccoli soup. And half a southwestern chicken salad 🥗. What i love about the salads, they come with dressing mixed throughout, so fork goes right in, no mixing. I always get the chips. The subs are so 🔥 too! I like the spicy Italian !
