I am amazed they got the order correct. The sad thing is, the HOT breakfast sandwich was not hot. There is a significantly large pot hole that does quite a bit of damage to one's car as well, which is why you lost stars. Step up and fix your parking lot before you get sued.

This is the worst location EVERY SINGLE time i go here they ALWAYS get my order wrong. I’m so beyond furious. fix your workers im done calling every number, it’s so hard to get a hold of someone aswell. Horrible.

I ordered delivery and did not even receive some of my food. I called to let the store know hoping they would send it back out and they told me they can give me a partial refund or some coupons not happy. I don’t want a partial refund for food I didn’t even receive That’s ridiculous and I don’t really want coupons. I wanted my food. I spent $74.95.and that was with free delivery very disappointed

It really needs to be tidied up a bit everyone there was sick and really not using proper hygiene when serving food . I couldn't believe it 🥲 the cashier packed my cherry pastry after coughing in his hand directly after he dealt with my cash did me so dirty... money and coughing in hand and packing my cherry pastry I didn't even eat it I wasn't even trying to get mad I didn't even ask for a refund I just grabbed it and went to work🤦🏾♀️
Avoid this at all cost. If you don’t have any other place to eat, consider not eating at all.

The orders get messed up, make sure to schedule them. They put hot soups with cold food so the cream cheese is melted. DO NOT order bananas from unless you want totally green bananas. I ordered several bananas for our breakfast next day, they were as green as the dole label, no yellow at all. Also, not sure why we always have to ask for silverware. Seems like a trend everywhere, not just Panera. I got soup and had to ask for silverware. You would think for 40.00 you could get a couple spoons and the bagels sliced. I guess the economy is thriving so much, businesses are booming they don't need our business. If you aren't going to slice the bagels then put in a knife that can cut the bagels.maybe the reason they aren't sliced is because the bagels are thin, like sandwich bread. My bagels were about 3/4 of an inch thick. Makes it difficult to slice
