Every time we come in it is at least a 15 minute wait. The staff prioritizes DoorDash orders over the customers who are in the building. There are usually two people putting the toppings on the sandwiches. They will both be working on DoorDash orders. We got to the register and the salad was not even made, despite standing in line for 15 minutes. Not to mention the fact that it simply takes longer than it should to put toppings on the sandwiches.

I came in with 5 other people. The service was prompt and the sandwich assembly line was super nice. I even stuttered! and they didn't mind AT ALL, and got my order COMPLETELY right! you guys are awesome! 10/10 would recommend! The pizza melt was delicious!

stores floors were filthy, and tables dirty. the lady taking my sandwich orders at 1:30pm onwas very professional but the younger lady with glasses and a ponytail was extremely rude to me, didnāt put the toppings on that i asked and when i was trying to finish my order she wrapped my sandwich up and was talking under her breath. she then slammed the sandwich on the table. i only wanted a couple things as i run a sandwich shop myself and understand how it gets irritating but i only wanted the main things.. do not come here unless you want your sandwich plain and with nothing but dry bread meat and cheese!

Beautiful place that I found first time trying their food which was amazing. Everything everyone was great. Food service quick & delicious freshly made the atmosphere was nice & quiet music mellow, peaceful not at all loud. Great seating areas weather u wanted to go in or be seated outside to eat. Plenty of room clean and organize I love it!!! P.S u can even join perks and earn rewards.

Love this location, the staff are great! Always a friendly greeting. The Avo Turkey sub is phenomenal, they have the best bread and their toppings are always fresh. Excellent cookies and shakes. Definitely try the chicken pot pie soup!!!! I need to get photos next time, we always eat too fast!

To be honest I donāt know where to begin. Iāve been going to Potbelly at the Greene for about 8 months now, being I work next door. Theyāve āentire staffā, always manage to exceed expectations. Iām a simple guy and rarely change things up. Iād say itās the coolest thing to walk in a shop where employees take the time to learn you as an individual, and before you can even speak start prepping your meal. Paige is really nice, sweet woman, with excellent communication easy to talk with, seems dedicated to her job. Jason is the man, this guy handles things so smoothly, very professional with the way he handles things. Iāll always come back they just donāt miss. That entire team kicks a** and are some of the best people to be around Iām blessed to have met them all !!
Dietary restrictions: Iām a vegetarian and my diet restricts any meat. They have much to choose from and will make your dish just how you ask.
