I ordered carry out. First off GrubHub is the worst service ever. Second, my bowl was cold, the rice cold, the chicken, COLD the black beans COLD! I haven’t eaten at this location in months, I promise you I will not be back EVER! Quality was poor at best. OH one last thing they no longer carry STRAWS. They now have “drinkable lids” make sure you grab them napkins, because the cups dribble out on your clothes when you take a drink. Nonsense. Should have figured it was not a good location when I walked in and it was COMPLETELY EMPTY at peak hours. Don’t waste your time with this one.

Doors were locked by 7:55. I managed to get lost in the parking lot, find where I needed to go in the parking lot, and then was two cars deep in the chic fil a line by the time eight o clock happened. You can make a burrito in 5 minutes, and I didn't see anyone walking away from the door when I came up, which means it was closed before then. Multiple employees watched me try both doors and just stared. I get wanting to close early but I drove out of my way to come here. The 3 people who were working tonight need to be told that they can't shut down early. Business hours are business hours and closing at 8 is already early for a food establishment.

For a Qdoba this location is alright. The prices are a tid bit higher than other locations around the united states. We were passing through on our way from Tennessee to Michigan. Trying to decide on a lunch option. This is an easy location to get in and out of. Parking is at a premium due to the other businesses in the area sharing spaces. Compared to other locations the food was good its predictable in taste. I would visit again someday when passing through.

Not bad but portions are worse than chipotle. Out of lettuce and I saw lettuce on the cutting board. Won’t be back

I'm sitting outside and it's more than 10 minutes before close... yet the doors are locked. Ever since covid, companies think it's okay to do this... post their hours as being one time and then close up shop early. It's not. For the owner, It's June 5th on a Thursday, 2025. That should give you an idea of what employees are there right now. They actually laughed when I came up to the door... not that I'm offended by it, but it just shows the quality of employees that you've hired.

I ate here with my boyfriend, and the guy that helped us was incredibly rude. He wasn't wearing a name tag, (he had longer brown hair and was wearing his hat backwards). Every time we asked for another ingredient like sour cream or cheese, he would roll his eyes and we had to yell because he had his headphones in so if we said anything in a normal voice, he didn't hear it.
He dumped a LOT of Pico on my taco and I tried to stop him before he kept going, but he either didn't hear me or ignored me, but either way I ended up asking for him to take some off and he did that poorly also.
We both work customer service; headphones are for back of house jobs, not when you're sole role right now is talking to customers. Its impressive how many times you can roll your eyes in a single interaction when you are not being asking for anything outside your job description.
How do you expect to keep business if you're employees act like that and people don't want to come back?

They always close this location 15-20 before the actual close time. I had this experience more than 10 times.
