Consistently forget to put the extra sauce that Cane's charges for and this location closes early from their posted closing hours. Also, company doesn't respond to these problems. Food is great, but not worth the frustration and nickel and diming (especially when the extra sauce you pay for is left out).

I am sorry at what point is it okay to mess the order up when you have a selective menu? And when you ask for a manager you have a guy not understand how to correct the mistake and just says sorry. I am sorry if I have to come in for the correct food I should be refunded my whole ticket. That’s terrible customer service. Like you have chicken and fries it’s not hard to make those right. Sorry whoever sees this location should correct this it’s unacceptable and a manager should be able to correct the situation and be able to rectify the situation

Right up there with Dave's Hot Chicken and Hangry Joes, the chicken here is !!! Definitely get extra sauce with your order and order the toast on the side to go along with the fries. The toast comes out so buttery and delicious. The fries are good, solid fries, not my fav, but you won't be disappointed either. Come give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
