The food and service is always great, but that parking lot and drive through line traffic is nightmare fuel. No space to maneuver and someone is always almost hitting someone else.

I ordered food through the drive-thru. Chicken fingers, fries and a drink. The meal was average. Nothing stood out. The service was friendly and efficient. A good place for a quick take-out lunch.

I had two of my grandchildren with me. There was no drive-thru line when we arrived. We placed our order. One box for my teen grandson, two three piece meals for myself and my husband and one kids meal for my eight year old granddaughter. The grandchildren ordered lemonades that they said are great there. What 14 yr old boy orders lemonade over soda? It must be good. I ordered two sweet teas. The chicken strips were delicious with no fat. The fries and the toast were also good. I ordered their cole slaw which is very good.
Raising Canes is a good place to get your chicken strips fix.

My children and I visited this location on Saturday, February 15. We ended up getting food poisoning. I did let the manager know and she said no one else had called up and said anything.
I did go to the emergency room because me and my two children were not feeling well and they told us it was definitely food poisoning. It really scares me because the bird flew. It is now Tuesday and we Are finally getting back to our normal selves.

I had a horrible experience at this canes with the manger Austin. He was rude and offensive and was saying things about my disabled child in the form of jokes to nearby coworkers thinking I couldn’t hear. I really hope that a higher up manager takes action as this isn’t the first time I’ve heard him say these things. Do better Austin.

Cooks don't know how to follow directions....
Said no Sauce on sandwich... cooks put sauce on sandwich.
Asked for a naked 3 finger, no toast (due to allergy), and they still put toast on the platter.
Asked for a regular no fries extra toast, and still got fries and not the toast.
Verified the instructions were on the receipt and they were.
