Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

So the service was amazing, there was a small misunderstanding but the manager was very friendly and made things right. The server got me multiple refills. And best of all we both got a double cheese burger fries and a drink for $21 and some change after tax. Food was great as well. For eating as cheap as McDonald's but all fresh food it's a 5 star for me. I will be back!

No reason why anyone should go here when Twin Peaks right across has everything red robin does not. Staff, atmosphere, drinks, and overall vibe is sub par. Plus everything is overpriced.

Hamburger was completely raw in the middle!!!! They are responsible for food safety !!! Reported them!!!

Food was good, hot, and fast. Service was great, the woman we had I forgot her name, but she was extremely good.

I ate here 3/15/25 at 7pm. I got a burger & garlic broccoli & the worst case of food poisoning I've ever had in my life. I was the only one to eat here so I was curious, did anyone else eat here recently & it make them sick?

We eat at Red Robin often....maybe twice a month. This was our first time at the Red Robin in Beavercreek and there were 8 of us. It was busy, but I have seen Red Robins busier. When our food came out, my fish was cold...all 4 pieces. All of our steak fries were cold. The sweet potato fries were cold. My husband's chicken sandwich was cold and slid apart on his plate. My grands hamburger looked and felt like it had just come out of the fridge. Mac and cheese looked like it had been sitting for awhile as well. We piled all the cold fries up and requested new ones. The two onion towers came out hot and great. My son and husband love the bottomless root beer floats. The first one came out in the tall glass. The others came out in the regular size glass that didn't even come close to the first tall glass. Service was ok but getting water glasses refilled was a chore. This just wasn't what we were used to at Red Robin.

The service was exceptional. The food was fresh and well prepared.

Haley the bartender was by far the best server I've had in a long time. Brought out fries to snack on before our food arrived. Never let my bottomless freckled lemonade be empty. She was very good

Ricky -mgr was very customer service friendly. We were sat at a table not a booth the hostess asked if table was ok I said yes thinking they were very busy. I asked if she would sit us at a booth she said no (there were many empty booths). I asks if they were understaffed she responded the shift change is going on they are waiting for staff to arrive. Table was too big for kids asked mgr if he would move us he immediately moved us it was so much more comfortable. Our wonderful waitress helped us move to a booth and continued to be our waitress! This was excellent customer service!!! Food was good prices have gone up quite a bit, however worth it tonight. They now charge $2.99 for garlic fries, sweet potato fries and one other item. However small fresh salad, steak fries are among free sides. Apparently kids can only get milk, apple juice to drink. Charged $1.99 a piece for 2 strawberry lemonades. Eye opener. Give them a try it is a good atmosphere.
