Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I ate here 3/15/25 at 7pm. I got a burger & garlic broccoli & the worst case of food poisoning I've ever had in my life. I was the only one to eat here so I was curious, did anyone else eat here recently & it make them sick?

Haley the bartender was by far the best server I've had in a long time. Brought out fries to snack on before our food arrived. Never let my bottomless freckled lemonade be empty. She was very good

Slow night, but service at the bar was good. Food was exactly what I expected, though my shake was missing toppings.

Ricky -mgr was very customer service friendly. We were sat at a table not a booth the hostess asked if table was ok I said yes thinking they were very busy. I asked if she would sit us at a booth she said no (there were many empty booths). I asks if they were understaffed she responded the shift change is going on they are waiting for staff to arrive. Table was too big for kids asked mgr if he would move us he immediately moved us it was so much more comfortable. Our wonderful waitress helped us move to a booth and continued to be our waitress! This was excellent customer service!!! Food was good prices have gone up quite a bit, however worth it tonight. They now charge $2.99 for garlic fries, sweet potato fries and one other item. However small fresh salad, steak fries are among free sides. Apparently kids can only get milk, apple juice to drink. Charged $1.99 a piece for 2 strawberry lemonades. Eye opener. Give them a try it is a good atmosphere.

Burger was really good me and my husband got tired of fast food burgers so we went here today for the first time and it was really good, we got our food out really quick surprisingly which is great !! Manager came out to ask us how was everything:)

We love Red Robin! Great burgers, endless fries (add their seasoning to them YUM!), and great service. Consistent in every area. Definitely recommend.
