For the first time in 10+, I had a poor experience at Sam's today. I say experience but more like an interaction with T***y, who was scanning customers out and feels the need to yell at customers. I passed my concerns on to Alejandro and (I think her name was Kim, glasses and short white hair) at the customer service desk. I appreciated that they listened which was all I was looking for. Two thumbs up to them.The interaction with my cashier (not sure on her name, but she was the cashier closest to the exit) was positive as well. She had some sort of technical issue with the system with the person in front of me and handled the situation well. Two thumbs up to her. Thank you.

If you’re going to have limits on items like toilet paper, paper towels, Clorox wipes etc. MAKE THE SIGNS big enough for everyone to see!!! Wasn’t real IMPRESSED with your associate working in the self checkout this morning.... August 17 2020

Thanks for cancelling my pick up order and not notifying me. Also saying you're going to connect me to a manager and instead sending me to a department worker. I've always been a Costco fan so now I will be keeping my membership with them and I'll be cancelling the one with you. All you had to do was notify me.
