For the first time in 10+, I had a poor experience at Sam's today. I say experience but more like an interaction with T***y, who was scanning customers out and feels the need to yell at customers. I passed my concerns on to Alejandro and (I think her name was Kim, glasses and short white hair) at the customer service desk. I appreciated that they listened which was all I was looking for.
