Very upsetting that 1) The bakery staff is just plain rude! 2) There aren't any cakes available anymore. Vustomer service has diminished in this location unfortunately. Time to go back to Miller Lane.

This is my "go to" store for specific items and the prices are great. I buy their olive oil, nuts, cheeses, and frozen fish. The store is clean and organized. I also always fill up the tank with gas as the price is usually good. They have a very liberal return policy. The prices for prescription drugs are great too. The pharmacist is always willing to check to insure I am getting the best price. I often pick up a cooked chicken as well because there is so much you can do with it at home.

Sam's Club Beavercreek is the closest location to me, it's a 20 mile drive. After being a member for over 15 years, I will be canceling my membership.The yearly membership fee is no longer sensible. I drive to this location for certain items almost weekly. Lately items like, bottled drinking water, pet items, and perishible food items haven't been in Stock. Yet I can go right next door to Walmart and find these exact items, "without a membership fee" to shop there.As a member that pays fee's to shop at Sams club, I feel that I should be able to purchase the items I'm shopping for. I can no longer pay fee's to shop at a store that can't carry the items I require. Shortage excuses are no longer my concern, especially since Walmart isn't suffering the shortage and I don't need to pay fees to shop there.In the past Sam's Club was a great place to shop. However.......... Sam's Club will no longer get my buiseness once my membership renewal time arrives in the new year.

I'm giving Sam's club in Beavercreek 2 stars only because Abbey went over and beyond to help me.Jarred (a "Manager") was rude and disrespectful.I went to the store to pick-up an on-line order and ultimately needed to return it. After taking me to the side pickup door and opening it, Jarred yelled at me for going through the door telling me it was a safety problem 4 times. Jarred needs some training on communication and customer service. If it wasn't for Abbey going above and beyond to help, my review would be 1 star because of the way Jarred treated me. Don't forget Sam's club and Jarred,....I'm a member, not a subordinate.
Prices are higher than if you would go to the grocery store and just bargain shop. The café is very limited. They don't do take and bake pizza anymore, which is like the best thing they had. When I asked for a pizza to be made, they told us no because they didn't have enough time. I've started going to Costco more better selection friendlier people sometimes it cost more at Costco but it's worth it.

Busy Sam's club, store is relatively clean and a wide variety of services. Gasoline is almost always lowest price around. Very nice selection of electronics. Friendly associates, at least yesterday, and the floor manager helped out with a card issue I had at check out. The gourmet cupcakes alone are well worth the price of sign up.
