I always bring my special needs participants to this location when we visit beavercreek Ohio And every time we come there never open on time I understand people are short-staffed but sometimes it's how you say it not what you say. The manager seems to be very short and disgruntled he stated he's the only person opening. That is part of being a manager sometimes you just have to do what you have to do and if that means starting earlier so the customers can be serviced on time . It is now 11:30 a.m. in the mall opens up at 11:00 this is unacceptable. We weren't the only customers waiting to be serviced. I can see one or two times but literally every time we come to this location they're never open on time. I understand people are calling off or not showing up but again if you get here earlier then there should be no reason why a customer is waiting an additional 30 minutes to have lunch. Some people are coming from work to have lunch and it's taking time out of the time they have to eat if they want a slice of pizza. I have to share my frustration because this is always happening to my special needs participant he gets the same thing every time but always has to wait.

Very unpleasant unprofessional experience today. Between 2:30 -240pm I watched a staff member stroke her hair while twirling pizza dough. I thought I was tripping so I continued to eat my food while still observing the worker I seen her stroke her hair again. I stopped eating and went to her I asked for a manager she said she was in charge for the day so I asked her why would she be planting her hair hygiene into the food like really twirling pizza dough she got smart and replied that the oven is 500 degrees that it doesn't matter. Like really I just ate from your place I didn't need to see or hear this. She definitely doesn't need to be in the kitchen. As I was walking away she did a dance and started swinging her braids basically laughing in my face ....

I love eating the pepperoni Stromboli, I ordered online and it was ready well before the quoted time which is greatly appreciated considering I was in a hurry! I didn’t get the potatoes or baked ziti this time around. If you have not yet tried either, they elate well worth every dime!

I haven’t ordered a whole pizza from here in quite a long time. I anticipated a large pizza being the same size they used to be- the size of the pizza’s on display at the location- I do believe they used to be 18”- a large pizza is only 14” and considerably smaller than they used to be. It’s not worth it. I’ll go to a local chain that gives a 10” pizza but fully loaded as a supreme pizza for the same price as a 14” cheese at S’barro.

I've only ever visited a Sbarros at my malls food court, but i have always loved the food and the people who worked there.
Kid-friendliness: I'd hardly say that a kid would be very picky at this place. I think that any kid would love the food.

I genuinely had a horrible experience. The food taste was ok but what I did not like was the woman that took my order also handled my money then wore the SAME gloves to touch my food! If I was not already craving italian I would have went elsewhere and wanted my money back. Would NOT recommend!

While I really love the pizza, it’s very annoying when I’m told by google and actual store workers a specific closing time, and then drive the 20 minutes only to see they they’ve closed anywhere between 30-60 minutes earlier than expected.I called at 7:45 tonight and was told when I asked what time they closed “ummmm like 8:30, 9” (google also says 9) and then when I show up at 8:15 everything is completely shut down and I’m told by one person they close at 8 another that they closed early because if being sold out of everything. If I had a solid story every time I’d be understanding but when 2 people standing next to each other give me different reasons it seems like someone is lying.Not the first time this has happened either, disappointing and trashy service
