Skinny tall Long hair (man bun) worker I’ve seen thousands of times as I’m an every day customer for years randomly accused me of stealing a buzz ball saying I was hovering over the alcohol section. This is especially ridiculous as I don’t drink. Not only did he not even check my person, but he wouldn’t go check the cameras AFTER I agreed and told him to go check the cameras after he threatened to do so. I would have stayed and waited for the cops to have it figured out but I couldn’t be bothered knowing he would probably find wherever he lost it later. Not sure if he was just high or stupid but I’m guessing both.

I had a wild experience at a gas station the tonight, and I’ve got to share it. My friends and I went in to grab some energy drinks. As we were walking by a beer cooler (not the 21+ section, just a regular cooler), one of my friends picked up a BuzzBall to take a quick look at it, then put it back. We were minding our own business and then headed over to the energy drinks.
Suddenly, out of nowhere, this scrawny, aggressive employee storms up to us like we’re criminals. He starts yelling about how we were looking in “his cooler.” I mean, come on, it’s a public store, but okay. He demands to know if we’re 21, and we answer honestly that we’re not, because none of us are even close to drinking age or interested in alcohol. But instead of just letting it go, this guy keeps on yelling at us, saying we had to leave the store immediately.
We were just trying to figure out what happened when my other friend walked over and asked what was going on. This guy flips out again, raising his voice, telling us to leave. Like, dude, chill out. We’re just here to buy energy drinks, not to break the law.
At this point, we decided to just leave and go to a different gas station, but on our way out, we see him scribbling down our license plate number. For what? He couldn’t have been more unprofessional if he tried.
Seriously, avoid this place if you don’t want to deal with this guy. It’s like he has a personal vendetta against anyone who even looks at his precious beer cooler. I get it, working in retail is tough, but this guy clearly took it to a whole new level of unhinged.

Went into the store to get energy drinks with my friends. When walking by a beer cooler NOT INSIDE the 21+ giant beer cooler my friend saw a buzz ball and proceeded to pick it up to look at. We then went over to the energy drinks after putting it back. About a minute later some scrawny male worker comes up and yells at us for looking in “his cooler” as he put it. He asks if we are 21- to which we reply no as literally none of us are either 21 or drink alcohol. He then continues to tell us how we would have to leave and if we find him being ridiculous funny then we could just leave. We try to continue looking when one of my other friends walks over and asks what happened- to which we start to explain. The guy then proceeds to yell at us again(absolutely respectfully customers up to this point) for no reason about how we can just leave. At this point we decide we are not about to go up to this guy to buy anything so we decide to leave and go to another nearby gas station. On the way out tho- we see him pull out a pad and take our liscense plate number down for absolutely no reason as we did nothing wrong. This seems incredibly unprofessional and apart from laughing at him being stupid we were respectful and answered the guy. Just warning anyone that goes here you best not look at “his cooler” if your under the age of 21 as it may make the guy spiral out of control. I understand- working in a gas station at that age would make me pretty upset too man.

This speedway is more chaotic than others. When you walk in you don’t get greeted until you’re halfway in the store. When employees greet me and others it doesnt sound genuine, almost sounds robotic and forced. No one ever smiles and seems like they’re in a bad mood with the interactions I’ve had. I’ll pay more at marathon to get better customer service.

I go in this Speedway a couple times a week. The shelves are always stocked, the employees are always very nice and the bathrooms are always clean. I'm on the road a lot, so I go to Speedway's all over the place. This store should be used as a model to the other stores. Great Job!

Tried Dashing drinks from here to work and two dashers canceled on me because in 30 minutes, Speedway hadn’t gotten the two drinks ready. I tried calling to resolve and the phone rang for over 5 minutes with no answer.

I have been going to this speedway for many, many years. It's the only gas station between my house and the highway. I have recently decided to stop going to this store entirely. There are Several reasons for this. The first and most important reason is the fact that the store manager runs it like it's a circus. Every morning I would go in there for coffee, and you would swear you just stepped into a carnival corridor. Constantly berating customers with obnoxiously loud speech, and trying to suggestively sell things like pizza and candy bars. She is very difficult to be around. Another reason is I do not need to be carded for beer Every time I go in there. There isn't a single person there that hasn't sold me beer Several times before. Lastly, the machines in the store are constantly broken down. Such as the ice machine. Just REPLACE the ice machine already! I also have several friends that also refuse to go to this store for many of the same reasons. I debated writing this post for several months. But I believe it is justified and required for me to share my experience about this very badly run store.
Staff asked me what I was doing and why I was sitting in the seating area for so long. I didn’t know it was bad to eat your food and then sit for 30 minutes. Very weird didn’t know there was a time limit.

I stopped by here on Wednesday July 17, 2024 @10:30 PM. I bought a diet Mountain Dew fountain drink. I’m a type 1 diabetic and now my blood sugar is over 600!! I tried to contact the store but their phone will not go through. Caution because they have the wrong syrup installed on DIET MT DEW!!

Have shopped here for years and guy with dark brown black pony tail seemed high and out of it. Would not recommend going if you like a clean safe place to stop for gas!

I am a trucker coffee is a therapy I'm always alone in my truck. It really sucked today. When I tried to get a refill on my cup of coffee 44 ounces I have not been charged at a speedway $2.99. you are not Starbucks why would you ever in your right mind charge me $2.99 for a refill of all things, I don't know what Paul Harvey would say about this unreal
