This is my go-to Starbucks, and I’ve always had a great experience here. It’s super convenient to where I live, and the service is consistently quick, friendly, and accurate. Even when it’s busy, the staff always takes a moment to greet you and never makes you feel rushed. Everyone is kind and professional, and the customer service is always solid.

I also want to mention Tyler, who I see in the mornings—he’s always really pleasant and welcoming. He has a great attitude and just does a really great job overall. He shows the standard of what customer service should look like.

My boyfriend gets me Starbucks from this location and out of all the Kettering locations this one makes the drinks the best. And to the barista who draws little hearts and flowers and leaves small notes on the cups, thank you. You make my day every time I get one of your cups :)

Great service!! The only problem is that the parking lot entrance is a shared lot with a carwash vacuums and multiple times driving in from the main road people exiting from the carwash cut the traffic off. Just be aware of that hazard when entering the lot. Other than that, this is one of my favorite stops. The workers are always super friendly, and coffee is great!! The lot issues are not in their control, I understand. I just wanted the public to be aware.

If I had read the reviews first I wouldn’t have wasted my time. I placed a online order and when I got to the drive thru I was informed “the order was placed 1 minute ago so in the future you need to wait 5 minutes before you to the drive through”. I am a daily Starbucks customer but at a different location. I have never been talked to like that thankfully. Funny, the order was ready when I got to the window so it must not have been an issue. Learn some customer service and do better!

Ordered an online, my drink wasn’t even filled all the way up and it wasn’t even ready at the correct time. Also, the staff was rude. 3/10 experience, just go to another Starbucks or don’t tbh.

I saw this Starbucks was open for Christmas. I ordered for in store pickup and walked 20 minutes out of my way. I arrived to find that they wouldn't let anyone come pick up their order, even though about 15 others were waiting. Tyler, the manager, was incredibly rude and had no idea how to manage the logistics. He kept trying to make us feel bad for the employees working. Appreciate it, but that's their choice. Because I didn't have a car, I didn't feel safe standing on the busy road to wait and get my order. I won't ever go to this location, it's a disaster.

Response: what a pointless response. Why even bother? I already did get in touch with customer service. The point of a review is for fellow customers. Another reason why this location is run by people with no common sense....

The worst Starbucks ever. I’ve been to this location dozens of times, every time the drink tastes terrible and even if they remake it, it’s just as bad. I’ve given this location so many tries because it’s closest to me. I don’t understand why the drinks are so bad, the cold foam is just as liquid as plain milk, which ruins your drink. I think it’s because the employees are too lazy and rush instead of blending it long enough. The coffee/espresso always tastes burnt. I drive an extra 10 minutes to the oakwood location because you will be wasting your money at the Indian ripple location. If I’m buying a $7 drink I don’t want to be disappointed. Today I got a refund and ordered the exact same drink at the oakwood location and it tasted and looked completely different, it was delicious. Save your time and money and don’t go here.
