Go anywhere else. Awful barista named “karma” . Go to pick up a mobile order in drive thru and order another one there , I say the name of my mobile order and he tells me to pull up, I said oh sorry I have another order and he immediately comes across the speaker “ well you need to say that how would I know ”. I didn’t know there was a different of explaining. I apologize just because it was awkward. Pull up to the window to get my drinks and he hands me my mobile order that I’d paid for already. I explain it was actually supposed to be an iced one not hot and he looks in my face rolls his eye proceeds to try and hand me the wrong drink anyways and says “the sticker doesn’t lie. “I said I never said that I’m just saying it was meant to be iced ..he then stared at me for at least a minute still holding the drink out the window. told me I was rude and “he didn’t have to serve me at all” , again this drink was already paid for. I asked for his manager to which he responded he didn’t have one. So I asked for whoever was in charge at the moment. A woman comes over with the drink remade. She Handled it great apologized for the behavior and professionally but I would go to any other location. I could never speak to anyone that way let alone a customer paying me money.~ from a worker in customer service

This was my go to Starbucks, but after my experience on December 27th, I will not be going to this store anymore. I was stuck in the drive thru line close to a half hour. When I got to the window, the clerk disappeared. I could see my food on the counter as well as 6 other orders for the cars behind me. They had taken my order 15-20 minutes earlier....when the clerk came back she proceeded to fiddle with garbage bags and my food got colder. I said I can see my order may I have it please....no response. Then finally she took my money and gave me my now cold danish and my luke warm chai. I did complain to Starbucks corporate, and they did make it right. However, this particular store has lost my business. Housekeeping, should be secondary to the customer, especially when you have over a dozen cars waiting in line and unable to get out.

The Starbucks has always been good. The food and drinks are very consistent, they did struggle for a while with having bad hours, but it seems like that has been dealt with. Besides the terrible design of the shopping center in general, it really is a wonderful location!

Orders are wrong quite often…twice in a row tonight, completely wrong drink both times , never did get what I actually ordered…and the workers are frequently rude. Very disappointing.

I’ve been here multiple times and this Starbucks is the worst. They mess up my order every time. And even after I ask them to remake it, they often still mess it up. I’m also not ordering anything complicated. Often it’s just a pumpkin spice latte or a peppermint white mocha. If you come here you will waste your money.

Unfortunately, this is the closest Starbucks to me. But it has become consistently worse and worse. I just spent 35 minutes in the drive-through with only a few cars. The person in front of me sat for almost 15 minutes before they took her order. I even had to call to ask if their drive-through was open. Short staffed they claimed.

My first impression was the inconvenience of the placement of the store. The car wash and drive thru being so close together makes it so that the drive thru lane blocks off the majority of the parking lot. So you either have to wait in a fairly long drive thru lane or, park further away and walk in. This leads me to the next obstacle, I ordered one drink and egg white bites. It took 14 minutes for the egg white bites to comes out and 27 minutes for the drink to come out. Mind you there are 6 people working behind the counter, and the appeared to lack eagerness or efficiency . In addition, I found the store itself to be dirty and disheveled.I ordered a peppermint mocha, there was no peppermint in it and it just tasted like steamed milk. I recommend this store read the book the effortless experience.
