I have been a customer at the Beavercreek, Ohio Subway on Indian Ripple Road for a few years now. Overall, I'd say it's about the cleanest Subway I been to in awhile. Overall food qualities varies. Sometimes my sub sandwhich orders are excellent & other times just fair to middlin due to older not so fresh veggies & hard bread. Good customer service no doubt and very nice ladies I usually deal with there, tho lately everytime I go there, they got new employees...sort of odd I guess. Overall, it's my first choice for Subway as long as I am living in this area for the next year. One annoying issue I don't care about is a large tip jar they now have by their register. Hmmmm, I walk in, place an order and pick up my food order & pay for my order there and they still try to make me tip? Nope. I still go there for my sub sandwhiches, but I do NOT believe in tipping on every possible reason under the sun. 4 stars.

This location has every item marked as “unavailable” in the app. Either actual incompetence or just employees not wanting to fulfill online orders. Either way, super inconvenient and ridiculous.
Much better,very improved service. Was using another restaurant till recently. We had terrible service until last month or so. Much improved service. Management and quality is a lot better. We will return our orders again from this location. Always clean well prepared sandwich. Much much improved service from the workforce. Terrible before
