On Sunday (December 7th - around 8:30?) I went through the drive thru at the Taco Bell at Dayton-Xenia Rd, Beavercreek. I ordered three items that totaled $13.97.
First item was a 'Beefy Potato Loaded Griller'. Second item was a 'Crispy Chicken Burrito' - with Ranch sauce, and the third item was a 'Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme'.
IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL.
The 'Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme' when I opened the wrapper was both falling apart - the taco shell was crushed, and in many fragmented pieces, as well as freezing cold, and almost completely soggy! It was obvious what the problem was - whomever had put the taco together - had stuffed an insane amount of lettuce into the shell. The lettuce was cold, and wet, and when they shoved all that lettuce into the taco - it instantly broke into pieces, as well as became soggy, and cold from waaay too much lettuce. One of their buddies must have bet them, that they couldn't shove a whole head of lettuce into a taco shell. Hmmm...I wonder who won the bet?
Usually the 'Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme' is my favourite item, but this was by far the worst I'd ever had.
Next up on the menu (my dinner!) was the 'Crispy Chicken Burrito'. It was even worse than the Taco had been. There was NO Ranch sauce at all, or any other ingredients in the Burrito. All it was, was a piece of tough, overcooked, rubbery chicken (it might well have been one of those gag rubber chickens that you see for sale in novelty stores, for all I know), stuffed into a tortilla, and it was absolutely DISGUSTING.
Last, but not least was the 'Beefy Potato Loaded Griller'.
The Griller was 'OK'. Somehow they managed not to screw that one up as well. I'm not saying it was good, but it didn't make me want to throw it out - like I had to, with the disgusting Chicken.
Really, this was the worst Taco Bell I'd ever had in my life. It had obviously been put together by someone who had very little proper training, and absolutely NO pride in their work.
I only ate just over half of everything, and was forced to throw the rest out.
It sucks to pay $14 for garbage, and be forced to eat it, or most of it, because you can't afford to just throw money away.
I was forced to go to McDonald's afterwards, because I was still hungry, and because I also had to eat, and drink something else - just to get the horrible taste out of my mouth, of really bad food.
I doubt very much that Taco Bell cares, as they already made their money off of me, but as a regular customer of Taco Bell, whose been visiting their restaurants since the 1970's when I was a child, I just want to say that I have no intentions of going back for a very long time, because it really was that bad.

They always seem to have the nicest staff working here. All the people are very friendly. Working fast food, especially at a Taco Bell is very hard, that they managed to do it while likely being underpaid is a credit to them.

Ordered a whole lot of food on the website. Accidentally clicked no beef on the tacos. Called the store immediately after ordering to get it corrected(because who orders a taco with no meat) lady at the store said she didn't care and not to call about mobile orders that you have to dispute it through the website.... like damn, is it that hard to ignore the no meat and add the meat on the taco? Very, very, very rude. We order large orders from here every other week. Will no longer be going here. Very rude and unprofessional

I have been to this location a handful of times only because it is close to me, while it’s close i definitely would go out of my way to a better Taco Bell. The service at this location fluctuates between decent to being ignored for 5-10 while trying to get the employees attention. The food is also hit or miss sometimes I get good portions and others I get small amounts of meat in my food and it’s cold. One time the inside of my burrito was frozen after waiting almost 10 minutes for my food. I only recommend this location for time crunches and in a pinch otherwise choose another location.
It’s fast food but if your burrito tortillas are so dried out that they break when you wrap the burrito, you should probably get some fresh ones out. Just saying.

Lousy. Overcooked chicken. I thought i was biting in crunchy uncooked rice. But nope, just extremely salty and hard chicken. My requested sauce packets were also not included in the order. My cheesy rollup was hard and cold. The Baja MtnDew was the only redeeming product.
I feel for the crew. Not sure why but it was an extensive wait to get food from the drive through today. They were delightful and fast when it was my turn but this was an unusual experience.
Vegetarian options: Its taco bell, but for a fast food restaurant they offer a large variety of vegetarian options so I 100% recommend!

Took almost a half hour to get are good so much for fast food had no time to eat my food before my lunch brake ended. Would not come here if you want in and out service also had to wait 7 minutes standing in front of the counter for my two drinks and had to get them my self.
