It's a sad day when it takes 30 mins to get drive thru Taco Bell. But sadder when our order (for 2 adults) was more expensive than Chipotle.I love Taco Bell but it's become way too expensive for what it is.

I ordered 21 burritos (cheesy rice and beans) during a shift change. The staff came in to work, washed up, and got to work right away to help which I was very impressed to see. All the burritos were made well (it didn't seem like they were rushing too much even when lacking staff). The burritos were all done faster than expected and tasted great. (I didn't eat them all myself if you're wondering) Good job Taco bell.Vegetarian options: The cheesy rice and bean burritos are great and have one of the best prices for any item on the menu! Super flavorful and I'm not glazing that at all.Parking: Parking is easy to find almost all the time. Even in the super rare chance the parking is full (which has never happened to me) there are more parking options very close by.

I work next door an I am here everyday every morning an I get the same exact thing everyday today the blonde heavier set short girl that cussed me an flipped me off very unprofessional you should be fired an ashamed of your self I'm a grown woman you're a child, BBB an corporate will be notified of everything that happened an occured here as I have a camera in my car

I had a disappointing experience last night. I placed my order at the kiosk and 15 minutes later they finally served my food. It looked like they were understaffed for the dinnertime hours. On the bright side, one of the staff gave me a coupon for a free taco on my next visit. Also, they were out of the hot taco sauce packets...not just at the counter, but also at the drive thru station.

Very friendly, was overwhelmingly understaffed and you couldn’t tell it from the service or the quality of the food. Keep up the good work! Will certainly make this location a go to while working in the area.

Great store. Only issue is they are sometimes not open when they are supposed to be, but that's more of an industry issue at this time.

Nailed it again . The chicken power bowl is on point . The Beavercreek Toco Bell is some times slow but always done well. Crunchy tacos defiantly a guilty pleasure.
Went through the drive through twice and both times fries had almost no seasoning. When the manager came to the window I was given a stank attitude and was told they “cut down this year on the seasoning ”. Might as well go to McDonald’s for fries since the nacho fries have no nacho flavoring. I see why they are facing lawsuits on false presentation ??

Orders were wrong for three people in our group. One person had very little meat in their burrito. One order that was sent back came back wrong again (tacos were wrong and the order came back with burritos).
They have really improved their service and food!
