We stayed April 4 through April 10, 2024. All three people that worked at the front desk/check-in during our stay were very easy to deal with, friendly and helpful. A big thanks to Sue for her assistance in getting an additional room for one night. The bistro prepares some wonderful breakfasts, which we took advantage of on three separate occasions, thank you Drew. Jerod, thank you for your hospitality. And in the evening (opens at 5pm), give the meatballs or the 3 cheese toasted cheese sandwich a try. The bistro also offers a good selection of cocktails starting at 5pm. Matthew, thank you for the martinis and the old fashions! This location could easily be a 5/5 if the follow were addressed. The rooms do not have a dresser or chest of drawer (for clothing). A dish for the soap in the bathroom would avoid a mess on the countertop. And more importantly, when one is done, showering, the showerhead drips, as they all do, but the drips land on a steel plate and it echoes throughout the room like a grandfather clock or wind chime. The fix was putting a washcloth on top of it. It was very convenient to be able to use the pool at the Marriott across the parking lot as the pool heater was down for maintenance. There is plenty of parking and lots of places to eat close-by .

Very expensive. I just want a simple breakfast. After our first day, we went to Panera for breakfast. Much cheaper.

Last minute stay booked and overall pleased with this Marriott location. Excellent customer service!! All the staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. The only thing I would say was the pool area needs some updates. The peeling paint falling off the ceiling area in the pool is a bit unsightly and and could potentially be hazardous. But overall the rooms were clean, everything in working condition. Cafe a bit over priced but lots of food options nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Toya…Toya….Toya… way above average customer service. She help me decide what to order and then noticed that she wasn’t that busy and to bring it to my room. I called back down, asking for additional waters, and she came delivering everything with a smile. There are not many people working in the world with such dedication and such a great attitude and their service. I appreciate her so much, the food was also excellent.

This is a good hotel and well-located near the Nutter Center. I just didn't feel it was an especially good value. At ~ 180$ per night, breakfast not included, only one cup of coffee provided unless I asked, it seemed pricey. The staff was wonderfully helpful and friendly.

This hotel has recently been renovated and it looks really nice. It is a pity that the elevators have not been renovated as they are still very slow and old. I have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed it, but this time I think they are clearly struggling to get staff, as often there was a wait in the mornings for coffee/breakfast, as the staff were also working the front desk. This Courtyard is nicely located if you want to visit the National Museum of the US Airforce, and is conveniently located to Mall on Fairfield Commons Blvd, and close to some very nice family restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The outside areas were nice and clean, and reasonably private. Beds were comfortable, and the rooms clean and we had a quiet room facing the Mall Carpark rather than the busy Pentagon Blvd which runs behind the hotel.

This hotel was easy to get to--just renovated so everything was clean and fresh! New carpet, furniture, etc. The beds were super comfortable. Front desk staff was super friendly on check in. 5 mins from Nutter Center and tons of shopping/food choices close by. Highly recommend Giovannis Italian Restaurant (15 mins away in Fairborn, OH) BEST home made Italian food! Would def stay here again.

Nice room, Nice facility. Friendly front desk. We were here for two days and were invited to stay here with other families in town for a funeral. For us this was expensive but we were looking forward to a nice stay. Supposed to be a place to eat, well technically there was, but there wasn't a working credit card machine and we couldn't even buy a coffee for breakfast without cash! Not much of a menu or much food to look at. Our room, like I said was nice... but the toilet would not flush properly, that was fun. Microwave was uncleaned from previous and there wasn't any quality coffee to brew in the room. Otherwise it was an 'amazing' stay.

The staff was rude and nothing was up to expected standards

Stayed here for WGI Int’l weekend. Located near the Nutter Center and Wright State University; lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Hotel has recently updated rooms and look nice. Lots of outlets for electronics and big screen tv; nice shower with lots of hot water, however, ours leaked onto the floor every time we showered. Our room was on the highway side and a little noisy; also could hear everyone in the hallway talking. Hotel staff were all very warm, friendly and welcoming.

Spent one night here. Quiet & spacious room & a comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly. It was a convenient for my needs. Lots of places to eat nearby. There is an in room refrigerator but there is no safe.

Well I stayed here before and it was always fine but this time around it was very disappointing. When I checked in the room was not quite clean. There were random stains on the nightstand and desk and hair all over the shower. The fridge also had food from the previous guest. I request that the room be cleaned but they never did during my 5 night stay. Cleaning is by request only now a days and apparently even when you ask, they don't bother. The bistro and bar in the lobby were closed and the grab and go breakfast left a lot to be desired. Next trip out I just might have to find an alternative. Not sure I would bother staying here again.

I chose this hotel due to it being one of the closest to the USAF museum since we wanted to get there at opening. Fortunately it was also right across the street from Walmart and a couple of nearby restaurants making it an even better decision after we arrived. There was lots of available parking spots and it was free. The lot was shared with another hotel. The lobby itself was nicely renovated with an open feel. A small section off to the side of the front desk displayed the market items and the standard food counter on the other end that served coffee and basic cooked items. Marriott rewards members received two water bottles and an option of 1000 points or $10 in market items. The room was a little dark inside like the standard Courtyard color scheme. Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet even as ours faced the street. Shower was a little dated but lots of space in the bath area. Overall very good stay after a long day of driving.

Staff was very professional and personable. Rooms were clean and nice. My HVAC was a bit loud but overall a good stay! Bistro was not yet open everyday of the week but will soon be. Good location next to mall and many restaurants.
