This is not something I like to do at all. That being said, I have never had a worse experience in a restaurant in my life. So first the fried calamari was rubber and cold. I told my waiter this. Then it took forever to get our entrees. My daughters pasta was hard, not al dente, HARD. Cold too. My wife's fish and chips where not cooked all the way. Fish soggy. Chips cold and hard. We told the waiter this as well. My burger arrived sometime after the first too meals. No fries! The waitress, not our waiter, someone else, said my fries would be right out. I asked for no secret sauce. I got secret sauce and ketchup, which I loath. Burger ordered medium well, came well done. I told the waiter this. Still nothing. Finally we asked for the check after waiting 30 min for fries that never came. So to sum up. I paid 130 dollars plus tip for a meal we left on the plate. Nobody offered to discount our meal. It should have been free. A manager never checked on us even after telling the waiter we were very displeased. We left hungry and I never even got the rest of my meal. Just never came. Will never return. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

Came back a later and I can't believe the difference. Watched the bartender pull my cash out of the tip jar to give me my change after waiting to cash out. Wasn't even the correct change.
I WILL NEVER BE BACK. If they're attempting to steal from customers what are they stealing from the business? Sheldon was still awesome but the bar staff you had today 3/10 was shady at the best
Small update nothing like the wife and alternating use of the toilet to deal with the only food we ate that day. Tamala...Tamara? Said I would get a gift card for the bad experience. Not interested in more horrible food. Everyone I know says someone always gets sick here every time. Good shot it was 50/50 great and horrible. Just go to a nice local restaurant and avoid this sham.

Service was decent, took us over two hours to get sat. But typical for a Saturday night I’m sure. My problem came when I ordered. I ordered pasta de Vinci. For reference the menu stated penne pasta, chicken, onions, mushrooms. Sounded great. When my food came out, I got penne pasta, some sauce, and mushrooms. When I brought it up to my server she ran my plate to the back and I got a couple of cubes of chicken. Never got any onions. And by the time I got to eat, my date was finished and I just wanted to leave. For a bill over $120 I figured I’d get a little bit better service. Kept having to ask for refills and towards the end they didn’t even have the cheesecake I ordered. Overall I don’t think we will be returning.

There was a long wait and the hostess was so extremely rude. Went to see how many people were in front of us and the hostess goes uhm you were quoted an hour so 30 more mins. While we were waiting she was constantly rolling her eyes at customers . Things change, people leave or don’t wait it out… that’s why we wanted to know the time. We ended up getting cheesecake to go and leaving.

The wait was reasonable, about 20 minutes. Everything was clean including bathrooms. Bread was served quickly. The food was just not good today for me personally. Shepherds pie was like soup with too many mushrooms that i didn’t know were included to start with. Mushroom gravy doesn’t imply chunks of mushrooms. Daughter enjoyed fish tacos. We both enjoyed the tiramisu !!! Service was ok , nothing to write home about. Not very personable. Had to wait a long time for coffee, then the cake, then didn’t get the cream until later. Then had to wait for a box. Hostess was more personable ironically. They are doing great up front. Worst part was price, $93! No appetizers . Daughter had water. Guess typical nowadays but wow!!!!!
I went in with my family and I'm not gonna say the food is bad it's alright. The real reason for the 1 star is the unclean silverware and dishes along with the table. We just walked out and went to a different location because their tables are in no way clean there were green things on the silverware, table had crumbs all over it, and the glasses were just disgusting. It was just very unappealing.

first of all no pasta should be $31 and second of all my food was hot the first bite like it had been microwaved then the rest was warmish and my server did not catch a name was treating me and my fiance like second class there was a table one over with four people in suits and dress they got their order taken and served even though they got there after us and it was just me and my fiance and they didn’t have the top FIVE cheesecakes I wanted the server needs to check herself on how she treats people

My taste buds prefer exquisite food especially at a restaurant that has 4 stars
