I went with my three adult daughters and 1-year-old grandson. We all loved our food. The service was wonderful. It is quite costly but that's to be expected. The only problem was that I was looking so forward to my leftovers and they ended up getting mixed up with one of my daughters and I didn't realize it till I got home. Boohoo. I always get the Louisiana chicken bow tie pasta.

This is the second year I came here for my birthday, last year I had a gift card and we came and ate dinner. After dinner I went to pay with the gift card and that’s when they told me they couldn’t accept it as their reader was down. After getting the manager over they finally just decided to trust me that it was a new gift card and they accepted it on good merit so I decided I’d come back this year. This year we came again for my birthday just my wife and I, we didn’t want to wait so when trying to get a reservation they made me make an account. No big deal but part of the rewards of signing up is getting a free slice of cheesecake on your birthday. I signed up and made my reservation. My wife and I showed up for dinner, the honored our reservation and the waitress was amazing. But 3 out of 4 of our dishes were not good, especially for $20-25 a plate. We don’t like to complain and we just accepted it is was it is. The waitress asked if we wanted any cheesecake and we ordered a slice and she had me put my phone number for the rewards. What they failed to mention was you cannot be eligible for your birthday reward the day you register. I understand they probably have alot of people trying to scam them. But it feels like a constant scam going there. The food is low quality, they always have some reason for not honoring their offers, and this location is specific has horrible parking. Disappointed for a restaurant that is supposed to be nicer dining. Just let this be a warning, I rarely rate a place a one star but this is a Cheesecake Factory to avoid!

I’d leave no stars! If I could! This place is terrible! Me and my son got their meatloaf dinner and the next day we both got food poisoning!!!!! Stay away from this place! On a different occasion we ordered there peanut butter cheese cake and the whip cream was spoiled and so was the cheese cake! By far the worst restaurant I have ever ate at! I got food poisoning was deathly ill for 3 days straight! Definitely not being managed properly! The quality control at this place don’t exist!!! They don’t care how old their food gets they just want the money! They will serve ya anything at this place, don’t say I didn’t warn you about eating here I know me and my son will never eat here ever again!!!

Took my kids here for their birthday dinner a couple of weeks ago, we waited 40 minutes to be seated, waited an additional 20 to get drink and app orders in, nearly an hour later finally was able to put in the main meal orders, food came probably 40 minutes later and out of 5 people only 1 was able to finish his meal due to quality issues. Check was $170....absolutley horrible experience will never waste another dollar on them.
