Ordered a regular Small Ice Cap and it was 2/3 the way full and mostly cream. I told the guy at the window I didnt order vanilla and he said it wasn't. Also asked where the rest of it was and he basically told me that's it. Donut was good, could drink the straight cream Ice Cap!

I'm not joking when I say that the Manager there must be schizophrenic, as the first few times I ever went there, she was cold, distant, and behaved as though she could care less if I was there, or not.
However, at the beginning of this past week I went there, and she treated me as if we were old friends! LOL She was so very kind - it really took me by surprise.
Two days later I went back, and she all, but ignored me! She was laughing, and joking with her employees, and with the customers that came in immediately after I did, but with me, she acted as though she didn't want to even look at me!
It's the oddest behavior I've ever experienced from someone serving me. I doubt I shall ever go back. I was made to feel as if there was something wrong with me. It was the most uncomfortable, unpleasant feeling.
I'll just start going back to the Dunkin' Donuts š© like I used to - they are so very much friendlier there, it was just that I wanted to try Tim Hortons for something different.
The Tim Hortons food, and Coffee weren't the problem - it was the service.
Unpredictable at best, and NO paying customer should ever be made to feel as if they are a nuisance - EVER.
DUNKIN' HERE I COME!!!

I can't rate the food because I was never served. Long line in drive through so I went inside. The few not busy people didn't even bother to try to serve me. Clears my throat, made some noise and they didn't bother to look up. Walked out. It's so disappointing because I love Tim Hortons and we are new to the area but reading other reviews tells me this is a long standing problem and doesn't seem to be anything done about it.

not sure what the problem was, but it didnāt matter how many times we clarified our order with the drive through server, she kept inputting different drinks than we ordered, reading them back, and acting annoyed when we tried to correct our order. she even pulled her headphone transponder off and tossed it on the counter with such an attitude that my mom apologized for trying to fix her order. finally, after reading back what we thought was correct, we discovered they were wrong again when we accepted our order and drove off. i understand it can be difficult to hear through the drive through and frustrating to put an order together when you canāt hear, but thereās no reason to get an attitude with us when weāre pulled up to the window and trying to clarify without the issue of the speaker. and if what we ordered wasnāt available, she could have clarified instead of rolling her eyes. overall terrible service and subpar coffee. pick another location.

This is the worst Tim Hortonās Iāve ever been to šš they mess up my order every time, are rude, argue with each other inside, take forever, donāt even know what I ordered? Shouldnāt you type it in as I order? I donāt know why I keep coming back here but I do and every time I leave angry lol

There only customer at 4p on Saturday afternoon. We tried to go in but the doors were locked...a small child running around inside. Then we sat at the drive thru window for 20 minutes until they came and took our payment.

I have went there 2 times on Sunday and doors are locked a little kid is running around in side went through drive through and no one there to take are order hopefully they find better employees
Stood at the register waiting to order, and I was the only person in the store. When the employee finished serving a drive through customer, she pulled her phone back out and proceeded to scroll through it and then made a personal call while half sprawled on the prep area resting. I left after standing there for a few minutes clearly visable. Might be time to enact a no phone policy while on shift.

I had a weird encounter with the drive thru worker. The person in line before me payed with a credit card and her food was handed directly to her. When it was my turn to pay and receive my coffee, he said I had to sign my credit card receipt and then put my coffee in a drink carrier and handed to as if he didnāt want to touch me. The lady in line before me was white and I am a person of color. So you can see why at seemed weird to me. In the future consistency will help you avoid such situations.

This was my first time visiting a Tim Hortons and I let the lady taking orders at the drive thru know. She was the sweetest lady ever, made recommendations, helped me with the menu, went through all kinds of different options, etc. In the end, I ordered WAY more than I expected and everything was absolutely delicious! The gentleman who handed me my drink said it was "the best Iced Capp in the world" and he was definitely right.
