The guy that took care of us was nasty looking, no manners at all. Clothes were dirty and then he pushed a tray in front of us cause he didn't want to touch our money. We asked for a cup of iced water and we got an eye roll, so I told him if it's that much trouble, please forget it. If I could have given no stars I sure would have. This location was in Beaver Creek by the bowling alley.

I had a great experience with this location on 12/15/23. The service was fast and the drive through attendant was very kind. Their sandwiches are very tasty and reasonable with calories. I don’t know if she could tell it was a long day, but she surprised me with an extra cookie. Their cookies are the best! I will definitely go back!

Came in and we ordered. They didn’t make my sweet tea. The food was literal garbage. The hashbrown had no taste and neither did the biscuit. I had to go up and ask them to make my tea and it tasted like unsweetened tea. If you’re gonna fix people’s food. Do it right.

Went through the drive-through 4 times now and left my debit card there by accident and didn't get back to this location for a week. When I asked if they had it they still did. If things take a turn for the worst like some of the other reviews, then I'll come back and update it. For now, I've had consistently quick service and my order has been right.

I simply go thru the drive thru and I order a coffee, the bearded kid preparing answers "no", which is unsettling and it gives me a sense of distrust with him making my coffee. No professionalism regardless of your job. I ended up pouring it out, because I can't help but think he'd be a dirtbag who'd probably hack in my drink. Never going back.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered small black coffee, hash brown and an order of bacon and cheese egg bites. They said it was a 5 minute wait for the hash brown. They seemed perturbed that I wanted to wait. After waiting more like 12 minutes, they gave me coffee with cream and what looking like day old spinach and egg white bites. The person that took my order, who I was told was the "acting manager", basically ignored me and sent someone else up to do the refund. When I got the refund everything was written correctly on the receipt so I'm not sure why the mix up. It was a great reminder as to why I typically avoid them.

We went through the drive-through, but after we got our food, we thought we forgot my card there, so we called and called they never picked up. We ended up just driving back there but after we picked up my card 10 minutes later, I looked on my online bank account and there was a double purchase. We did not purchase anything other than what we got the first time. We are thinking they charged my card for personal use, and we think it wasn’t the first time they did this. No hate to the Tim Hortons company. I’ve always went there. They’re one of my favorite breakfast places and I will still go back (just not to that one) the food was still amazing but it is not OK for staff to charge my card for themselves.
