Went to order matcha latte this morning thru drive thru window. While I was waiting for my coffee, I notice the lady was reheating my coffee in the microwave. I didn't say anything so I went on , but when I was driving and started drinking my coffee, it was not what I ordered. It was nasty, lukewarm old coffee with some kind of creamer. So, I called the lady, she apologized, I told her that I needed green tea matcha latte. She corrected me that Matcha latte has no green tea in it, it's just a powder mix in milk and microwave it. Wow! I thought matcha is made with green tea leaves.

This place deserves 0 starts The employees were very rude they yelled at me in the drive thru when I was trying to fix my order and when I pulled up they messed up all the drinks the iced matcha wasn’t shaken properly and so many green chunks it looked gross I told them to fix it they threw a fit never gonna go back again

Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been through. The employees are rude unprofessional and condescending. I've been there a couple times for emergency coffee on the way to work in each and every time it's exactly the same. Finally this weekend one of the employees was very rude and I'm professional so I've decided never to go again. I'll drive across town to get coffee before I ever go there again. It's sad because it's on the way to work and it used to be my go-to place every day.

I bit into a breakfast wrap and egg had a weird greeness and immediately stopped eating and I've been messed up for a couple days now

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, they got my order completely accurately and we shared a short, pleasant conversation while they were putting it together. The restaurant interior was very clean and the food was ready very promptly.

I went for breakfast this morning and the service was terrible. I have never experienced such rudeness going through a drive thru before. From the tone of voice to the expression on their faces, it was clear they don't enjoy their work or care about people. I ordered a meal then was cut off with the worker giving me a total due. When I said I wasn't finished ordering, they acted like it was my fault they had totaled it and had to go back and fix it. When I got to the window, I asked for a cup of ice and was snidely told that it is 60 cents. I pointed out they have me a warm bottle of water and she was so rude about it thar I just left without it. Honestly I will drive out of my way for something different before going back to this location again. It was not a good start to the morning.

When reading the reviews we were skeptical but put in an online order and went to pick it up and it was quick, our donuts are delicious! They were out of the spring buckets so the workers generously gave us a free donut for that. Honestly happy with the whole transaction.

Management has to be losing money on this place. Had two cars in the drive thru line this morning. I ordered a coffee mocha, and a black iced coffee with timbits and it took them so long they had me pull forward. They have 5 people working. Quite the incompetent group you have working this morning shift. Could not have been a more basic order.

So rude I’m a healthcare worker I ordered from this location using DoorDash and apparently my hard earned money means nothing to these fast food employees she was so incredibly rude the joke of a manager wouldn’t even share her name because she knows the quality of service this joke of a store provides I will definitely be getting my money back.

Coffee tasted old, muffin was harder than a rock, doughnuts had hair in them. Lady at the window rushed us and just tossed our bag at us which should have been in two bags since it was basically falling out of the bag. Horrible since we love tim hortons

Order same thing every morning beacon egg and cheese croissant, received sausage this am, mistakes are made I get but called 4 times and no answer they're not that busy ever.....the frost cap tasted like cola syrup was disgusting and no one to discuss this with
