Coffee tasted old, muffin was harder than a rock, doughnuts had hair in them. Lady at the window rushed us and just tossed our bag at us which should have been in two bags since it was basically falling out of the bag. Horrible since we love tim hortons

We were getting Tim Hortons for breakfast and the sandwich was entirely burnt. Normally they aren’t this bad at all. I’m not sure who thought this was a good idea but this is truly terrible.

Order same thing every morning beacon egg and cheese croissant, received sausage this am, mistakes are made I get but called 4 times and no answer they're not that busy ever.....the frost cap tasted like cola syrup was disgusting and no one to discuss this with

This was the 2nd time I’ve received frozen food. The first time was the chocolate chip muffin and it was literally half frozen. Today i ordered a sausage croissant sandwich and my sausage was still frozen! I dont understand how they can allow this. Almost $10 for frozen food.

Place is ran down. Bathroom are unkempt and look dirty. Staff is kinda rude. My drink was almost 5 dollars and not even filled all the way

I recently ordered from this Tim Hortons location for the first time via DoorDash, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered the Bagel BELT, I was upset to find that the bottom half of the bagel was still frozen.

Additionally, I ordered a chamomile tea, but instead received a caffeinated tea, which was a big issue since I can’t have caffeine. The herbal tea was important to me, and receiving the wrong one was disappointing.

I also ordered hash browns and a honey cruller, but both items were missing from my order entirely. I’m not sure if this is a common issue at this location, but it was frustrating to pay for food that didn’t arrive.

I hope this location can improve on accuracy and quality for future orders.

Crazy how u pay $11 for a meal. And I have to go to work to warm up my sandwich. On top of not even getting a straw for my ice capp. Hate to complain. But. It’s ridiculous

I am not usually one to leave a bad review on a place but this morning felt like I needed too.
When we first started to order, we ordered a 20 count of the donut bites and once we started to order ONE more thing, the lady said “You are going to need to stop. I didn’t realize you were ordering so much.”
Once we continued to finish our order, we ordered a breakfast sandwhich with no bread since I have a gluten intolerance. She laughed and said “I don’t know how to ring that up. You seriously want a breakfast sandwhich with no bread hahahah”
We ended up driving away and picking somewhere else to eat. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location either…
We will sadly not be back.

If I could rate 0, I would. Tried to get a refund for about awful 'coffee' beverage I purchased here, utterly medicinal. Corporate gave me the run around and kept telling me to contact the store. The store would never contact me, and would never answer the phone. 5 emails later, idk how many phone calls, months later still never got a refund. This was my first and last time making a purchase there. Associate that did finally answer the phone said I was insane bc I still wanted a refund months later. Yes, bc I don't let companies steal my money when they don't follow through on quality.

I went to this Tim Hortons this morning 8/21/24. At the drive through I ordered the$6 breakfast special. I wad told at the drive thru that they were out of hashbrowns. I asked if I could just get an extra donut. They said yes. When I pulled up I paid in cash, and was informed they didn't have change. I said “whatever”.I was never given a receipt. After several minutes I wad handed a bag. I checked and saw I didn’t receive the other donut.I asked for it. The lady said no I wouldn’t get another donut. I asked for my hashbrowns then. She said they were out. I said ok I’ll take an extra donut. She said no, that’s not how it works. I said that is so wrong and drove away. Then my coffee was cold, the muffin was stale, egg was cold. I love Timmy”s, but this location is a really bad.
