Not a good experience. We were given the wrong drink and had to get a new one. Not a big deal but it seemed like we got attitude about it. Gave a coupon for a $2 iced cappe and this was not removed from the bill. They said it was $15 and some change at the drive thru and after I looked at my receipt it was the same? Sure I didn't point out that I had a coupon when I handed it over but one would assume that it would be applied. Also the food my husband ordered was not good. Hash browns were soggy, not crispy whatsoever. The wrap was limp and had little meat inside...won't be coming back.

The “manger” at this location needs to be fired. She has an extremely nasty attitude and tone. She is an older lady heavy set with blonde hair. She would not give me her name. When I went through the drive thru, I just ordered a normal iced coffee with nothing else. I proceeded to pay for the order and as I was driving off she said a very unnecessary comment on how I paid for my order. I called the store to issue my complaint in a polite manner since I work in customer service. She proceeded to tell me, “When someone speaks to you, you answer them back. And get your coffee elsewhere..” Another time this same lady who is a “manager” I ordered the same drink but it was not made correctly so I asked them to remake it. Then she proceeded to throw a hissy fit and gave me to same drink again.. it was very unpleasant each time I went.

I came through the drive through and the lady in the speaker had an attitude from the beginning but I went ahead and just ordered my food cause I was in a hurry and already late. After paying the same lady that took my money went to make my food with no gloves gave it to be without a bag and it had some sort of white condiment on it but I’m not usually one to complain so I left and when I pulled my sandwich out of the wrapper to eat it was burnt have no cheese and wasn’t out tigether like it should’ve been so when I took it back I asked for a new sandwich and she said they could give me a piece of cheese or I could pay for a new sandwich even tho I had only taken a bit out of it… don’t go here dirty, rude, and gross.

I went in hoping that the menu was the same as the locations in Ontario, Canada. It would've been a good day for poutine. I don't think that the employee knew what I was talking about.

Wish there were stores at where we live in Tennessee but anytime we visit family we always stop by here at some point. Tim hortons is always good. Except for the French vanilla cappuccino tho this past time. It was gross for some reason but I can’t think of another time where they messed up our food

My visit to Tim Hortons was appalling! My brother and I ordered small iced capps and the milk was rancid. I asked for a refund and the lady said they couldn't do refunds and that "fast food" places don't do refunds. Both my brother and I work fast food and found that laughable. So I asked for a red bull which was the same price, if anything a little lower and she said she couldn't do that either. She was basically asking me to throw $10 away! She finally got ahold of her manager who was on vacation and the manager told her how to do a refund. This entire interaction was incredibly scammy and this location serves expired product. Do not go here EVER EVER EVER!

my donut was stale, no sugar in my iced mocha it’s completely bitter, there was a hair in the icing on my donut, the worker kept getting what i was saying wrong, the bathroom stall i went it didn’t have a lock. i don’t recommend.

Worst place ever. Staff is nothing short of rude, place is filthy, service is lousy. Not sure how this place stays open. Constant sign at drive thru reads "Only cash ". The GM of this particular location needs fired. Never again will I give them my money.
