Gave us the wrong amount of food for the order the charged me a 2nd time for a part of my meal that they forgot. We made sure to confirm our order before we placed it and they forgot something anyways

The past 2 times we've been here, we walk in and are the only people in the store. We order and then have to wait 30+ minutes because of the online orders. A process needs to be figured out to where onsite purchases should be included so customers aren't sitting forever and waiting. Could've went to a sit down restaurant and eaten.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! From the moment I walked in, the place was spotless—the team was constantly wiping down counters and keeping everything fresh and clean, which I really appreciated.

Shoutout to Maddie, the cashier, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She took my order with a smile, made great recommendations, and made the whole experience even better. The staff here clearly takes pride in their work, both in customer service and keeping the cafe in top shape.

Oh, and of course, the smoothie was delicious—perfectly blended and refreshing! Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great service, a clean environment, and a tasty treat. Will definitely be back!

Smoothies are fine, but the service is Soooooo......sloooooooow. 30m wait for a smoothie (!), and that's consistent over multiple visits. It's not complicated.. It's a blender. Find another location...this one needs a manager over 16.

Literally made my sandwich wrong even though the tag was correct. Get home and I live like 20 minutes away and it's not made correctly. I call and they say we can give you a refund or remake the sandwich. Well giving the price of gas and construction I'm not driving back over there... so refund. Well they call me back 5 minutes later and say they actually cannot do the refund... like are you serious? You messed up not me & now I'm out over 9 dollars for a sandwich I'm not even going to eat. Great customer service you got there.... don't tell someone you can do a refund and apparently you can't. Like okay.. I asked for no lettuce and I got lettuce and no bacon.

Our smoothies were delish. Had to ask twice for the edible straws (that I believe my mother paid for as this was her treat). Some sort of printed menu would be handy for folks who can't see very well and don't have the app. My mother had cataract surgery the morning before. She couldn't read the menu in store and was hastily brushed off to read either the app or the website while a line was building behind us. Another day for the visit would have been ideal, but my 7 year old was very excited to get her smoothie (couldn't let her down once something has been promised).

Other than that small hiccup, will definitely be back!

I have been going to Tropical Smoothie for about 5 years now. I frequent multiple locations both in KY and Ohio and I get takeout probably once or twice a week on average. However, my last two experiences with one location have been unpleasant. Both times I ordered a Caribbean jerk chicken wrap with no romaine. I have a very high sensitivity to romaine or any type of lettuce. Well... you guessed it!!! both times, my wrap had romaine. The first time I tried to call the store but it was a busy tone all evening, so I never got through. This second time after ordering from other locations with no issues, I tried the place close to me again. With another epic fail, I called the store and this time a person did answer and he told me to just take it off. Take a look at my picture and tell me it's easy to just take it off. I asked for a manager and instead I got a team lead and was given excuses. She told me they have trainees and getting things 100% is difficult and I said apparently reading is not a requirement because my ticket says no romaine. After that I was given a VIP card for a free smoothie or food item. While I appreciate the gesture, I have no confidence that they can get my order right, so I will not be ordering that wrap any more. This experience and lack of customer service has definitely turned me negative towards this restaurant and will be used by my family less and less in the future. I work in IT and customer service comes first and foremost and having a business that I used to frequently enjoy, hire incompetence and then make excuses...is just sad!!

We've been here 20-30 times and they've never messed up my order, they've always been pretty quick and the prices are reasonable. It's as solid as a fast food place can be.

I was surprised to see that I haven't made a review for this place yet. The management and the owner both are absolutely wonderful people, and for that reason alone I'll continue to come here. They both offered to help me when I had an issue at a different store that was in no way affiliated with theirs. In the rare case that there's an issue it's always been corrected immediately, otherwise everything is always perfect every time I show up. It's the kind of customer service that only comes from having self-respect while caring about others too.
