We've been here 20-30 times and they've never messed up my order, they've always been pretty quick and the prices are reasonable. It's as solid as a fast food place can be.
I tried your new Smoothie bowl,and they are not at all worth $11 plus dollars.They are worth more like $5.I can go to Smoothie King and get a way bigger portion for $10.49 seriously.That’s a complete rip off,if you want to charge $11 plus make bigger portions.

I spoke to the manager here and she was really great. I didn’t get her name but I had an issue with a smoothie at another location and she was very helpful letting me know how to replace an item that was not good.

Ordered hummus wrap and there was NO hummus on it!! How do you leave off main ingredient? This is second time order was wrong. I called and talked to the manager who made excuses that they were busy, training a new person, and having a shift change so they don’t always get the orders 100% right in those circumstances. Again, they missed the hummus in a hummus wrap - that’s not even close. That’s a customer service FAIL. Not the customer’s fault and sounds like a serious training issue. I’m giving up on this place!

I was surprised to see that I haven't made a review for this place yet. The management and the owner both are absolutely wonderful people, and for that reason alone I'll continue to come here. They both offered to help me when I had an issue at a different store that was in no way affiliated with theirs. In the rare case that there's an issue it's always been corrected immediately, otherwise everything is always perfect every time I show up. It's the kind of customer service that only comes from having self-respect while caring about others too.

I had a bad experience with one of the hiring managers, I wouldn't recommend anyone to work at this place. You don't talk down to someone your trying to hire in the first place ..... its bad management !
Came in 15 min before 9 which is close to closing and I know we were cutting it close. It was the only thing my sick kiddo wanted last minute. I was greeted, well wasn't greeted at all and just stared at from the cashier girl. Felt very uncomfortable and wish I would have never went in. I was made very clearly how unwanted my service was. Felt uncomfortable ordering when that's kinda the purpose of the restaurant.

Good, sometimes it barely has enough sugar or any other ingredient, and sometimes it tastes bland. I always eat the Blimey Limey. Very good sometimes. I'm neither satisfied or dissatisfied with this food chain. Keep it up! :)

I would've got the strawberry straw if I had seen it before I ordered ... and I wanted "Detox" Island Green and got the sugared version.The most annoying part was the app could not come up and didn't get to use it, no mention of the app as well...
