I was super excited to finally see an establishment with Dubai Strawberry Cup however, i was gravely disappointed. The strawberries had great color but lacked good flavor. The cup as a whole was very tart and lacked luster. Expecting a semi sweet afternoon treat and this certainly didn't fit the bill. Fourteen dollars later and after a couple of bites, it went to the trash. Would not recommend this selection again.

If the men are working the shakes are made great if the woman are working don’t even bother going. Have tried 4 different times with the woman working and it’s been terrible every time on top of waiting 20-30 minutes for a shake

I sat out front for 5 minutes to get served no one came out. I asked the guy next door if they were open.We said that they are always in the back, and hardly ever come out. I tried calling the phone number but it's also off the hook. Terrible service.

We had an unpleasant afternoon with terrible service from this young lady. Business is about loving and providing good customer service. The customer brings the money to buy good ice cream, not bad service. Improve your attitude toward customer service, young lady.

I can see why there wasn’t a huge line with this place. Way over priced items, $7.50 for a small shake, an extra .50 cents for whipping, and an extra .19 to use my debit card?.. this place is a rip off. Never had to pay for whip cream on a shake before. Do yourselves a favor and pick another restaurant in the mall.

I was already having a bad day and they charged for a large and gave me a small which is what I intimately asked for and gave me a look and told me I was wrong. The smalls are 5.99 and I got charged 7.14. Tell me that doesn't sound off

I ordered 3 shakes and a bowl and it was the worse thing i have ever had in my life

We loved vivid. I got the reeces milkshake and my son got vanilla. We were pleased. Their cotton candy's are too small though

Super cute menu and options. I had an Easter sundae and the Oreo cake egg was really good. However, the ice cream had a weird texture and tasted gross.

I visited Vivid on a weekend to relax and enjoy a good sip of coffee, and it didn’t disappoint! I ordered a caramel macchiato and absolutely loved it—the espresso flavor was rich and smooth, perfectly balanced with the caramel. Even though the store was quite busy, my order was ready quickly and the staff were polite and welcoming. Great vibes and great coffee!

Don't waste your time or money. Literally charged me 8 dollars for 1 scoop of ice cream and a can of soda. Asked if they could give a little more ice cream for their FLOAT and was shooed away. This is what 8 bucks gets you there.

The bowls are pre-made and frozen.the berries were chewy and tasted freezer burnt. Absolutely ridiculous for the $15

I had an amazing experience at Vivid! I tried lotus biscoff and waffles it was delicious one of the best in Fairborn. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality waffles, milkshakes or desserts.

They didn't have at least half of their menu items due to being out and broken machines. No signs or notifications. Also, only one employee.
