I visited on Valentine's Day and the service was excellent! The girl working there was so kind and helpful. She made me an Oreo milkshake that was absolutely tasty. Highly recommend!
Staff were so nice. We almost thought they were closed though because no one was behind the counter and it remained that way for multiple minutes (at least 6). We decided to wait at a table for someone to come out, the icecream tasted above average quality and the shakes were lovely.
I visited Vivid on a weekend to relax and enjoy a good sip of coffee, and it didn’t disappoint! I ordered a caramel macchiato and absolutely loved it—the espresso flavor was rich and smooth, perfectly balanced with the caramel. Even though the store was quite busy, my order was ready quickly and the staff were polite and welcoming. Great vibes and great coffee!
