We went in at dinner tonight. The employees were warm, cheerful and inviting. We had excellent food, it was perfectly cooked. I complimented how well the staff worked together and was shocked to hear it was their first shift together. We left happy and full. It was a great experience and I would love to go back when those two employees were working. They deserve so much praise!!
Cleanest Waffle House I’ve been too. The server Brittany was very very kind. She was quick and attentive. The district manager was there and he wasn’t just standing around. He was cleaning and cooking and helping the staff. Seemed way more put together than any other Waffle House I’ve been too.
Consistent quality across the many W.H.s I've been to in several states. Service is prompt and reliable. All the staff I have met are friendly and relaxed. There's a sense of staff and customers, hey, we're all just folks here.
