Extremely bad experience! Our order was delivered through Grub Hub and we had a burger missing from our order. Upon calling the restaurant, the manager proceeds to tell us that she personally filled the order and "if" we were missing anything that the delivery person must have "stoled" it....she was rude to say the least. After telling her we wouldnt be ordering from there again, she just hung up on us. In addition to this my granddaughters chips were burnt, the ranch was missing from our fries, the burgers were mushy and tasteless. Would've done better ordering from McDonalds..person mu

Had a large order, almost $60.00. Delivered by Grubhub. Was missing a burger. Called the restaurant and the manager said the delivery driver must have taken it and couldn't help me. Very disappointed with this place. Would give minus stars if I could.

First time and will never go back. Ordered two burgers and two orders of fries, almost $18. I'm waiting and waiting and never heard my name called. About 25 min later the girl calls my name and my son went up to the counter. She asked him if we got our food yet. WTH?? where is it?? So I decide to go up to the counter. Mind you, it wasn't busy until I started to ask where my food was. I asked her where it was and she said someone else must've took it. That's not true cause we were close by the entire time. I told her that I refuse to pay for something I've waited a half hour for. She refunded my money and said they're making my order now. 10 min later and still nothing. And she kept looking at me the whole time. I go back up to the counter and asked if I'm ever going to get my food. I finally got it and left. This was 40 min after I paid. The kids in the back making the food look like they're 14 years old. I will never be back again. At the price I would have paid, the burger really wasn't all that great. Stay away from this place if you ever want to eat on time.

Wow! What a restaurant! Wayback Burgers has some of the best burgers in ALL of Ohio!!!!!! How could I not enjoy their juicy, mouth-watering beef patties topped with American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and fry sauce?! Answer is simple: I CAN enjoy them!!!! I TOTALLY would recommend this place to ANYONE who is looking for a burger joint in the mall!!!! 10/10!!! !!!!!!! !!!!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve experienced in years. 2 teenagers running the counter got my order wrong, gave me a huge attitude about wanting a child size drink stating that I had to order a kids meal to get a child size drink. I did order one kids meal with a grilled cheese, but because they were out of veggie burgers my other child only wanted fries. Then they made me wait like 10 minutes for my order ( one grilled cheese and 2 fries) I’ll never be back! RUDE AS HELL.
Quality burgers similar to steak n shake's in taste and similar to five guys in size.
