Four times in the last 3 months, I've ordered chili. Each time has been poor--first time it smelled like they made it with the powdered cheese pack they use to make their liquid cheese, second time they didn't have chili, third time, there was basically no meat, fourth time (1/26/25) again with little to no meat. So now I'm putting up the negative to review. How can this one location be so poor on their chili?!?

The employee Riley Barrett needs a raise, gave him an 100$ tip because he is such a stand up gent. I always see him taking out the trash, he needs a raise IMMEDIATELY. He saved my kids from a burning house and said "all in the days work as a wendy's employee."

This is by far the worst Wendy's in Dayton. Several are bad. This one is terrible! I go here too often & get cold food 85% of the time. Tonight I ordered a burger fries & a caramel frosty. Burger was meh, not terrible, not great either. The fries were ice cold. They're ALWAYS out of stuff. My frosty wasn't very frosty. The guy hands it to me runny! Slushing around in the cup like water. Not full & I ask them why my frosty was completely melted when it's cold as crap outside? She said "it's been doing that lately" I said, "oh really, only when I get one from this store." She asked, "I can try to fix it. Do you want me to make you a chocolate one?" Did I order a chocolate one? No, then I don't want a chocolate one. Then she kills me. She says I'm sorry we're out of spoons. Do you want a fork? Lol, to eat my sloppy frosty with! No! It's the absolute worst. Evening shift sucks! The last couple evening managers have been real bad! I'm just going to quit going till they sort it out! Fed up! ?l;..............! 0vihh. U u

The chili was the worst I’ve ever tried to eat! Beans were so hard they couldn’t be chewed! I asked for extra crackers and at first got NONE . When I ask a second time the girl gave me 4 packs and said that was all she had! Don’t know what has happened to this store, but it will be a cold day before I try to get food there again! Really uncomfortable location, did not feel welcome, thought I walked into a locker room and not a restaurant. Haven’t heard that much cursing since high school. Not somewhere I’ll bring my family back to any time soon.

Ordered carry out, they didn't have much actually on the menu, the lady happened to know what the Krabby Kolab was though, but it's not vanilla ice cream with pineapple at the bottom, get with it! The Krabby Kolab burger had barely any sauce, the burger and bun were terribly dry. The baconator was missing condiments and not much bacon at all. Makes one wonder if the employees are skimping and eating what's supposed to be on the burgers. If you don't give what's advertised and what we paid for, don't charge us full price, charge us 75% less for what you give us.
