Winans Coffee & Chocolate

This shop is so cute inside!! The staff are wonderful and friendly.
The prices are somewhat high in my opinion but chocolate is expensive. The gift boxes were super cute and make wonderful Christmas presents.

The chocolates with peanut butter were heavy on the peanut butter and it is rich peanut butter that overpowers the palate.
The fruit smoothie left much to be desired as well, especially considering their neighbor is a smoothie shop, I cannot recommend their smoothies.

Their chocolate though is lovely. As well as their hot chocolate.

If your looking for delicious coffe and delectable chocolates then you came to the right place as soon as you walk through the door you can immediately see that this place is clean and I mean clean it almost makes you feel like you walked into a model home that everything is just right word should be and the food and coffee is one part of the wonderful experiences that you will have here the other part of the experience is the service so let me just tell you I don't know what her name is but she was so helpful and kind didn't rush me to make an order or anything like that even suggested a few things to me so I got some caramel and butterscotch coffee to try tomorrow morning I'm excited don't let this opportunity pass you by because you will be wanting to come back more and more i want to say the young lady who served me her name is Olivia you will definitely see me being a frequent flyer with this company and the experience that I had with Olivia sets the bar pretty high if we had more people like her in the work force then I truly think that so many businesses would Thrive from that thank you again for the wonderful experience that I had

I’ve never had a bad experience here! I’m always greeted like a regular, though I’m not a frequent visitor. The employees are so nice and informative, I always ask their preferences when it comes to the new coffees that come in. The environment is very casual, friendly, and warm like the stereotypical cafe you see on TV. My friends and I come here frequently to play Magic.

New staff needs better trained. Been going to this winans for over 5 years and the new staff had a lack of training. From the drinks tasting super far off to getting over charged I always order a 20oz and I am now paying for 20oz and getting 16oz.

Purchased a hot chocolate at Beavercreek location and it tastes like warm water with a pinch of chocolate. It was disappointing. It’s only one location that gets it right and that’s only a couple of people. That’s downtown . You must do better with your hot chocolate.

Waited over an hour on Shelby Martin to bring me coffee all to find out she was trapped in Winans line for over 30 minutes to be informed the blenders were broken. Now she’s late making me late. She will likely be fired over this.
