Great service! Easy, build your own yogurt/ ice-cream! Pleasant atmosphere to chill or converse.

They’ve definitely taken the poor customer service reviews to heart and now employ good people. Great food and extremely friendly staff.

I only really leave reviews if i have a bad experience, This place is good, but tall long blonde hair, heavy set employee was just disrespectful, gave hateful looks, and clearly was not happy to be there. Do not work in a social environment if you cannot control your looks and tone with the customers!

Suggested yogurt mountain to my family, we went and a tall, long hair heavy set guy yelled at my autistic grandson who ate 1 boba " stop eating the yogurt" my grandson was so upset that he didn't eat his yogurt. The employee could have handled the situation much better. My family will not be back.

Yogurt was good but employee was extremely rude it was our first time there and my son tried a taste of his because of course he was excited to try and a tall long hair guy/worker yelled and said can you stop eating! He literally took 1 bite and he yelled at a child not his place! Here's a tip if you don't have better people skills don't work with the public! Not sure we will be back here!

I have never been to a frozen yogurt place that doesn’t allow samples. Quite disappointing.

Ice cream is way too expensive!! Why do places like this exist where you charge by the ounce?Credit card machine asked for tip for employees when I went to pay. Why would I tip for self service ice cream bar? Hilarious!

Me and my friends went here. The 3 of us, it was 37 dollars in total. The topping station was a mess. The employees were really really rude. They accused us of stuffing a cup of yogurt in our bag because they heard us say we were getting Mint but we didn’t end up getting it because we changed our minds. I give this place 1 star if I could give it 0 stars i would I do not recommend.

I came here after calling to make sure they were still open at 9. To my disappointment and utter shock they were closed! The workers in the back looked at my friend and I and laughed! We heard them say “ they are so stupid! Fat pigs didn’t even look to see if we were open.” Then laughed at us. How rude? My friend struggles with the loss of froyo and this really set them off. I felt like I lost a loved one tonight. Very sad…..?
