When they finally came out I get “I’m training new people” if you can’t train someone to take a simple order you shouldn’t be a manager. 2 weeks in a row terrible service and rude employees. District manager needs to clean house.

No one was in the front of the store, so I have to order on the screens. Thats fine, but they all were disgusting. I didn't really want to touch them, but I figured someone was just in the back making food and going to bring it out. I have a gluten allergy so I ask for no bun. My order comes out fast, but the person just dropped it off and ran back. I open it up and it is in a 6 piece chicken nugget box. I start yelling hi, hello. They finally hear me and come up. The person was wearing headphones, so of course they couldnt' hear me. I ask about this because if it is nuggets I can't eat them and I need a burger without a bun. They said oh its just in the box, it is fine. Then runs to the back before I can ask for a fork to eat this with. Because how do you eat a burger with no bun? When I go to any other McDonald's I get a fork with it or they ask. Just no service, disgusting screens. I got to my car and used a wet wipe and of course the burger was cold and the fries cold. A waste of 7 bucks. It is more worth it to grab anything else from the pilot gas station this store is attached to.

Horrible service staff threw my food away because they switched to lunch 😒 it wasnt even 20 mins before I came in after I ordered for them to have already refunded my payment and canceled my order 🙃 thanks for the Horrible service and the excuses and blaming the app for the bad experience employees have a oh well who cares attitude

One.of the worst customer service and absolutely lazy workers. 3 people standing around talking about life ignoring customers standing there. Took 24 minutes to get a big mac meal...and poor attitude. Made a comment about me being an entitled white man..very un called for. At 12pm on linch should be assertive and on the go. Nothing but laziness it seemed. Sadly. First review I've ever made at a fast food place. Needs better leadership and atmosphere here in my opinion as a leader of crews myself.

Horrible food, just awful and EXPENSIVE. That double hamburger looks like it was cooked 6 months ago, and tasted even worse than it looks. Dr Pepper had no bubbles AT ALL. Probably some new version, for easily tickled people.
This is mcdonalds chicken tenders? Looks like fried seafood of some sort. Fries tasted like they have been sitting since lunch. Its 6pm. Havent even tried the tenders yet, not sure im going too. Bad mcdonalds here, thats saying alot! I eat mcdonalds regularly being a truck driver. Place was also pretty dirty.
