Me and my family were at this McDonald and we got a screwed up Order we got charged extra mcchicken and didn’t even get it and didn’t gat McDouble that I actually ordered. Bad experience.
Honestly, if I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. I waited at the drive-thru speaker for around 10 mins, there wasn't any signs that stated they were not using the drive-thru. After waiting for 10 mins, I pulled forward to the window. I waited there for a few mins, waiting for someone. While waiting, two different workers looked at me and walked away without saying anything. So I pulled around and went inside. I asked if they were using the drive-thru. An employee said, "Did anyone talk to you? No? Then no, we don't use it." After that, I didn't really want anything, but my wife wanted fries really bad, so I ordered her some. After waiting 10 more mins for one order of fries, they were cold, stale, and almost unsalted. If you are considering eating at this establishment, please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

For being open 24/7 they sure closed up the place. Didn't take drive thru orders, locked the doors to the public and their is usually a accessible entrance inside the Pilot to the McDonald's but they had that blocked off.

I ordered to dine in but they set me to go and didnt even bring my food made me walk to get it but clearly on indicator it says please sit food will be brought to you this place needs to be looked into by corporate this is not good or even fair customer service

This place is always lousy service....slow and unfriendly....usually not accurate... I stop here every couple of months hoping for a change never better....always Have to wait at a spot past the drive thru....when I didn't order anything special off the menu.
Breakfast would have been nice but lobby is closed at 6 am and I’m not walking thru the drive thru. A McDonald’s at a truck stop that truckers can’t get into in the morning for breakfast.
