I ordered a takeout for 11am. After I stood at the door for 5 minutes after 11, I pulled into the drive thru and waited another 5 minutes before calling to ask if anyone was going to acknowledge me. From the a woman came to the window and proceeded to tell me that my pizza was mistaken for another pizza and it would take 5-10 more minutes for them to remake the pizza.

Not quite surprised by the looks of the pizza even though I asked for no olives they still went ahead and threw a bunch on it. Disappointed because they don't make their own dough ?????? I saw them grabbing the pizza dough from the freezer. Would not consider coming here again... I would recommend finding other pizzerias around not here even though they do stay busy do to production I don't think quality is a thing for them. Sorry ?

Was told 50 mins, called back an hour later and was told it just came out of the oven and would be another 20-30 mins before it was delivered, well it arrived hour half later lukewarm.

Ordered delivery for 44-50 min. (It was actually 1 hour & 20 min) After the time passed that our food was to arrive I got an email stating my order had left the building. I called 20 min after it was supposed to arrive and whomever answered the phone wouldn’t even let me ask about my pizza. Just kept repeating that it was on the way. Yes, thanks Sherlock, I got the useless email. When our 1 pizza and 2 salads finally arrived, the pizza was barely lukewarm and the salads were wilted. On the app (all prepaid) I tipped nicely AND was charged $5.09 for delivery that took double the estimated time.
Donato's where every piece is important! Apparently NOT! Unless you like burnt nasty pizza.

Never had a bad experience dining in here! They don't have much seating, but there have hardly ever been any other people dining in when we are - we're usually the only ones, which is nice! Workers are helpful. Love it.
