Server was friendly from the time I walked in the door. Requested what I was ordering and filled the bowls neatly and with healthy serving size.
Chatted a bit with me as he built our bowls.

When I checked out he asked if we had a hoot so or card and checked it out.
Very nice young man.

The food was good except the rice was a little hard. I got the Mexican rice. My daughter had the brown rice. Both of us had some hard/overcooked rice in our dish. Perhaps too long on the heat. Other than the very loud teenagers that were hanging out, it was a good time having lunch there.

I have been traveling back and forth from Indiana to Tennessee to relocate and I kept seeing signs for Hot Head so I figured I'd have to try it. I downloaded the app so I could see the menu. When I went to order, I was going to order a couple value items but I discovered I had a 50% off welcome promo for a burrito. So I got a steak burrito for $5 and it was dang delicious. Would definitely order again. My order was ready and correct at pick up.

We hadn't been to Hotheads for a while, and decided to go grab a couple taco bowls... it was made exactly as we asked, and turned out great, very tasty, the prices were affordable, and the employee did a great job, wish I could remember his name. We will definitely go back :)

I came in with my baby yesterday and had the best experience. Hailey was so wonderful. She was patient while I ordered and helped me get my food to the table and set up with a high chair. The food was great and fresh. I could hear her talking to other customers that came in and being very warm and friendly. When I was ready to leave she was right there with a bag and to go lid for me. I feel like a lot of people do the bare minimum at work especially when nobody is watching so to have someone so supportive and going above and beyond was so refreshing.

If I could give this a zero I would. I showed up on 1/18 at 5:00pm and the door was locked. The note said 'Be right back I'm in the bathroom.' There was a person standing in the kitchen the entire time. I knocked on the door and they just stood there. I left minutes later. Not the first issue with service I've had hear. This location is just horrible.
