The server was very friendly but she couldn’t make up for the food. They were out of calamari and mussels. The lasagna took a while to come out, but we were the only ones in the restaurant. When we received it, it looked great, but looks are deceiving. It was bland with minimal cheese. The bread was also bland and the cheesecake tasted like it was the generic brand at the grocery store. The parking lot was empty when we pulled up but people eventually arrived. My lesson was not to go to a restaurant without customers.

First time at Palermo's, but definitely won't be my last. The food & drinks were AMAZING - spaghetti carbonara, sangria, cannoli, lemon bar. Generous portions, friendly wait staff. Felt like a family restaurant.

I was in with my boyfriend on 4/19 we went in around 7pm.We were greeted almost immediately and told to say where we liked. Our server brought us some drink menus. I chose the Red Sangria and my bf had a Peroni, both were delicious! I ordered the Bruschetta as my meal which is an appetizer but I wasn’t very hungry and my bf ordered a Calzone with Sausage, Black Olives, and Banana Peppers and a Side Salad. They came out within 20 minutes which is pretty standard, but I believe everything is made fresh there so that’s great timing. I love bruschetta and have tried many- when I say this was THE BEST it is not an understatement. The bread was seasoned perfectly, not too hard/not to soft. The tomatoes were so fresh and mixed with just the right amount of herbs and balsamic. It was a great size especially for the price, I believe there was 5-6 pieces. My bf isn’t nearly as descriptive but he did say his calzone was outstanding and he could tell it was made fresh. If you’re in the area definitely check this place out. We’re foodies and I use to work in the restaurant industry for over 15yrs and he has for about 10. I have seen some of the past reviews about lack of servers and can say the night we were in, was easily manageable by 1 capable server. I can’t speak to other nights but obviously on busier nights there should be more than 1 server. As for the food, it’s outstanding and our server was kind and cheerful.Vegetarian options: They have probably a handful or so of Vegetarian options but, I’m assuming quite a few of the dishes can be made without meat if you ask.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant doesn’t have any steps so it’s a short walk from the car to the restaurant. They have booths and tables to choose from. I’m unsure about the accessibility of the bathroom.

We came in on a Thursday evening to celebrate our recent anniversary. It's a tiny place but we have known that since we visited for the first time a few years ago. It's a small staff as well, so considering those factors, we had excellent service and really great food. We were seated right away (lots of space available) and our food was delicious. My husband actually said that their fra diavlo (with chicken) was some of the best he's ever had (and we grew up on the east coast)! We hit it off with our server, Ayaa, who was very personable and attentive. We can't wait to come back soon!

12 inch pizza $24.00. Our first time ordering from here. Very.. very skimpy on toppings. No pepperoni and sausage on some slices. Onion was finer than a toothpick. Very, very, scarce on toppings. Do not order from this place you will be sorry. West Chester, Ohio.

Excellent home cooked Italian food. Served piping hot. Affordably priced and friendly wait staff. The decor is dated but you aren't paying for a high-end dining experience.

My lady and I went to Palermo’s for our Valentines Day Dinner on Saturday evening, and had one of the best dinners ever! She chose the Chicken Parmigiana, and I went with the Pasta Bolognese. I love a good Bolognese, and this was one of, if not THE, best I’ve ever had!! She had never tried a Bolognese before, and after tasting mine, she suggested we split our dishes so we could each enjoy both!! It was wonderful!! The chef-owner even made up some of their Garlic Knot rolls fresh for us!! They were amazing! I’d highly recommend Palermo’s for a delicious dinner! And bring your appetite, as they certainly don’t skimp on the portions!

First time guest. Recommended by friends. Only a handful of tables on a Friday night, thought we could get in and out in 80 minutes - that proved to be a challenge. 2 entrees, not terribly difficult to prepare, took close to 45 minutes to come out. Chicken marsala had a heaping pile of pasta with about 6 ounces of chicken buried underneath. Felt the $26 charge may have been a little excessive. And $23 for 3 stuffed shells was a bit much. I really was hoping for a better experience. Unsure if we'll be back...

This was our first time eating here. The place is rather small, kind of gave us a fast food vibe. This place was seriously under-staffed, apparently everyone called off. The owner needs to hold these people accountable. Badrriech our server was not supposed to work the night we visited, she did an excellent job. Whoever owns this place really needs to thank her and the cook. The food here is actually good. The owner needs to step up and save this place as I don't see it surviving if it continues this way.

This was our first time eating here. The only reason I'm not giving the food 5 stars is due to the garlic knots. They tasted like unsalted dough. That is the only complaint. The other food was fantastic and we'll certainly return in the near future.

We had planned to go to Old Spaghetti Factory but with over an hour wait we bailed and googled other Italian restaurants nearby. I'm glad we did because Palermo's will be our new go-to when we're in town. Our waitress Badrieh was lovely and made helpful suggestions, and the food was great. My eggplant was cooked perfectly and my partner's Fra Diavola was actually spicy, a rarity in the Midwest. 10/10 will be back.

Delicious pizza, thin crust and quite flavorful. 12 inch pizza was plenty for two of us. Nobody else in the restaurant... Don't know why, the pizza was great! Wishing I could try some of the other meals too.Parking: Plenty of parking

In the area and wanted good Italian food..saw this place with 4.4 star average review. The food had very little taste...to the extent that I thought I had lost my taste after covid! The food was very bland and very little taste. Nice place but food had very little taste. Staff was very nice.

Terrible! "Pasta Bolognese" was more like something prepared in a college dorm. Dollar store quality, tiny meatballs and a sauce made with a little tomato sauce mixed with heavy cream and mashed meatballs. The waitress was great and it was a nice clean atmosphere. The place was empty except for us.

Ordered $75 worth of food, and ended up making sloppy joe's at home. I placed my order through their website online, but they never got the order in their system - things happen, I understood. One of my items was supposed to be house-made medium meatballs but they seemed to be frozen small meatballs. The food overall just wasn't very good. We didn't finish it.
