My daughter bought her and I sub sandwiches for Fathers Day. The Steak and Cheese was ordered on Italian Herb and Cheese and toasted. We picked it up, got it home and realized it was made wrong.No big deal mistakes happen. So she went back to have it remade.

Instead of remaking it how it was ordered she argued that she made it right. Told my daughter she would “throw it back in” to toast it 🤢. That has to be a health code violation!

Will definitely need to find a new Subway. Too many wrong orders and now this.

This franchise is nothing but a scam! Got charged for “purchased BOGO subs” and the website kept telling me my transaction was declined. Knowing that was impossible, I attempted 2X more with the same issue. The franchise owner hasn’t had the stones to respond to a BBB complaint I filed! Bottom line this franchise is bogus and needs English speaking staff to speak to English speaking customers!

I got one sub and they charged 15 dollars when the sign said it was 9 dollars

I am extremely disappointed and frankly disgusted to report finding a toenail in my son's sandwich This is completely unacceptable and represents a serious breach of hygiene standards. The thought of the risk to my son's health is deeply concerning, and I expect a full investigation into how this could have happened. I demand a full refund and will be considering further action if appropriate steps are not taken to rectify this appalling situation and prevent similar incidents from occurring. I urge others to be cautious when purchasing food from this establishment

I was charged over 6 dollars for a few tomatoes and cucumbers in a bowl.. next time I will just go to kroger.. I wasn't super hungry but needed something small and light but that is ridiculous 😒 a sandwich would have been cheaper

So considering Subway is an international chain, meaning it's all over the world, this location may seriously be the worst Subway I've ever ordered from SERVICE WISE out of all Subways across the world... literally no one knows what they're doing here and most of the time they don't participate in online promotions... too bad it's the closest location to my house...

I have went to plenty of subways and ordered the same sandwich. Today I was pleasantly surprised because this was the best ever.
A young lady and young man have mastered the art of creating the perfect Subway sandwiches Also the bread was so fresh.

Ordered curbside pickup, parked for 15 minutes, nobody came out to bring me my food, I walked inside and my food was cold and in the pickup bin, workers were in the back of the store doing nothing.

FYI, this location is not where Google maps says it is. It’s now by the new Kroger just down the road.

Walked in and the guy behind the counter didn’t smile back at me, say hello or wash his hands. Instead stared at me with an expressionless look, he touched his face and his beard 3 times and then put gloves on without saying a word to me. I’m pregnant, I’m not taking the risk of getting some gross bacteria in my food and employees here need to learn how to greet people with a “hello” and have clean hands when handling other people’s food at a bare minimum. Get it together.
