Seldom I get what I order. Being a vegetarian it's tough when they mess up your order and put beef in a veggie burrito.
Taco bell is always good but they need cinnimon on the cinnamon twist cause mines lately been naked and i love cinnamon so i keep mixed sugar cinnamon . Other then that it hits.
They didn’t give me my entire order. When I returned to have it remade(cold) and completed correctly ,the drive through employee and employee inside were rude and very disrespectful like it was a pain to remake my order and have warm food for my wife and myself. I finally had to ask for a refund after the attitude kept getting worse.

I ordered in drive-thru, and paid for 2 soft tacos and when I got home I had 1 crunchy taco. I tried calling the store a few times since I live too far to drive back. Each time the phone would ring a few times and then I got a message that the call could not be completed. So I was never able to reach the store for credit.I have visited here in the past a couple times but never had a mix-up on my order.

I would really love to know what the point is of asking somebody if they want hot sauce at the speaker if you're not going to give it to him not one time do you ever pull up to that window and get this hot sauce that you have ordered or a napkin for god sakes I mean God forbid we should give out napkins with messy food know that's uncalled for at Taco Bell you don't get those things that's absolutely why would you ask

I’ve tried this location 3 times now and every time they barely provide any food. They barely fill your taco, barely fill your nacho fries and when you explicitly order 20 sauce packets, they only give you 6 total. When your looking at an online order screen that explicitly says “20 packets” I feel like it is an insult and atrocious to give the customer only 6. Not coming back again, this was the last time. Never order a large nacho fry from this location because they will intentionally under-fill it so it’s like your paying an extra dollar for cardboard.
Grading off of the day crew, they usually seem very professional compared to other restaurants. There is actual chicken in a chicken quesadilla, instead of empty tortillas. App is cool, order once a week and usually get a free item through rewards.

Twice now I have come to this location and they ask if I want to round up for the taco bell scholarship fund to which I responded no and they did it anyway. I'm not sweating the change I'm out but I don't like the principle of taking something from me when I expressly said no.

Shout out to The Manager with Short Black Hair, When you’re rude, unkind and confrontational to your door dashers, keep in mind, we are also your customers! I live in the area, half a mile away and frequent your store often as a customer. I came in tonight and stood by the front counter while EVERYONE that worked there ignored me. 15 minutes later, finally leaned around the counter, because I have someone waiting for their food, and the manager looked like she was going to come at me! After she blurted out unkind / foul words to me. That behavior is not acceptable and Taco Bell Corporate should not allow that type of behavior from a manager. This is the second time I have seen craziness there! Last time, that same manager with short black hair, her daughter was in Taco Bell, screaming and yelling at her mom, aunt and everyone , screaming the F word, yelling, in people’s faces, while the manager was holding a baby screaming at her daughter, Customers we’re leaving out of Taco Bell quickly. I have door dashed for years and have never been treated so bad for zero reason, just trying to do my job and pick up food in a timely matter. BTW, no one was in the store but me and no one at the drive thru.
