This is the second time I’ve had a bad late-night experience at this Wendy’s. I ordered at 11:49 PM, and my burger was cold—below room temperature. When I asked for a remake, I was told it would take 15 minutes to heat the grill, which is unacceptable for an order placed minutes earlier.
If hot food can’t be served late at night, customers should be informed before ordering.

Too much disrespectful workers their work environment is horrible. Their food taste awful. The chicken nuggets were cold and had a Weird after Taste and wasn’t cooked. The worker at the drive-through was holding my lid with his bare hands and he went to scratch his back, which is very disgusting and I don’t think I’ll be eating from this Wendy’s anymore. The chicken sandwich was thin and dry with no meat in it just Breading in conclusion do not go to this Wendy’s unless you wanna get sick or you hate yourself

Worst Wendy's I have ever been to all the employees r very rude the black lady at the front counter that took my order was very rude didn't say hi never smile. If they don't like there job then leave I will never come back to this Wendy's in I will tell everyone about this place

The food was exactly how you would hope for it to be. Also shout out to whoever bagged it because they understood the assignment completely. The way it was presented was seriously impressive, it wasn't just tossed in there like most places do it was super organized and even sat the sauce cups on top of the nuggets and fries.

The drive thru is very slow but for the staff that this one keeps it good. The team is amazing and always communicates its not good on price on salads but one only ppl that sell them plus they are always good and fresh.
Finally someone offering quality customer service at an establishment. Of course she was probably from the GenX generation and that's just how most of us were brought up with. It's such a shame though that once this generation is gone that kind of attitude will most likely be gone as well. I feel sorry for the world in a few years from now. Kind of scares me actually
