Why does every time I use the app for deals and rewards it never works. Literally every time I use an offer or deal on the app it never works. It’s also always a struggle when doing it in person. Today I had an offer for 4pc French toast sticks for $1 and it didn’t go through so I just paid the full price which was a waste of my money. It’s so frustrating how every time I use a deal or reward it always has to be complicated. It never seems to work on the app at all like FIX THE APP.

First off, my wife placed an online order here and we have never had an issue picking one before but today sparked that interaction with the rude woman who was there. She first of all wasn’t clearly listening to the name of the order and kept sounding ignorant “it’s A something” and moving on to say “I don’t have that order” but when we get to the window and continue the conversation. My wife and I are both watching this woman mess up and some old guy in the back saying we don’t have anything. But then someone finds a bag and says oh it’s right here. Not even an apology or anything just RUDE IGNORANT PEOPLE came to the forefront and rather look stupid than say “hey I’m sorry about that. Have a great day.” Nope. You got a whole response now because you all dropped the ball and was caught looking at each other knowing your wrong. Grow a pair and learn customer service because you treated two people who enjoy this location wrong.
