Gave my order and when the Guy repeated my order back, it was wrong. I tried to correct him and then all of a sudden another a female got on the intercom an accused me of being nasty. I wasn’t being nasty. I was trying to correct my order and said never mind and I left when I drove past the drive-through window. I was screamed at by your employee to have fun in hell.

Hi there! I’m absolutely disgusted with my experience at your Bedford Heights, Oh restaurant today. I placed a mobile order, and dined in. Fries were cold, I had to go back up to ask for fresh ones, they wouldn’t give me new ones until they witnessed me throw the cold ones away. I had to back up again to get my missing cheese cup, and then again after noticing my 5 year old son’s burger was completely pink/raw. The manager told me it was suppose to be that way, I didn’t see that on the menu anywhere, she said I had to order it well done. I would like a full refund, the manager there was completely unprofessional and does not know what customer service or hospitality is. I will never visit this location again, and it will probably be a long time before I visit another location again.

I just went into Arby's for the first time in awhile. It looks and smells clean, and I just got some of the fastest and most pleasant fast food service that I've had at any fast food restaurant since before 2019. I literally could cry 🥹. Thank you 🙌🏽

1st off there are too many young untrained kids. There was way too many draws showing in this establishment, by male employees. 1 Young Lady walked in, didn't wash not 1 finger, and was texting while watching over the fryer. The most important, was My order was completely wrong, nothing I ordered was correct!!!... This is the 2nd time I've had issues with this place. Tried to give them a chance, because they're close to Me.

Decent Arby's restaurant. The service was good. Only bad part, and maybe I just got a bad sandwich, but the chicken patty was overcooked and thin, like it was all breading and no meat. Everything else was fine.
