August 13th I vist the burger King and I buy a large fries I pay for my order and when I was about to get my food I ask for a sweet and sour sauce and I was told I have to pay $0.30 for each sauce,I pay the manager $.30 for a sauce she take money and place it by the cash register I then ask why I have to pay fora sauce and other places give you for free the manager never like me questioning them about the sauce and at the same time a white man ask for two sauce and the same racist manager give that man without asking for any money,the manager then threatened me saying she going t0 call the police which she and lied about I was being disrespectful and for being disorderly also she call she call Uber and lied again about I was desrespectful and disorderly although the incident has nothing to do with Uber,I was recording the incident on my phone so I can prove I was talking to this racist manager and the manager over salt my fries trying to kill me this type of behavior should not be supported by burger king thank you.

We’re a family of 6, dined inside. Got served quickly and food was fresh and warm. The cashier was very friendly, bathrooms clean. Would recommend the location for dining in.

Clean, friendly didn't order but was welcomed and wasn't harassed bc I had traveled and needed to use the rest room. No one came though I was in there longer then my auto start would last.

What can I say. This place is trifling. Period! Food ain't never the way u asked for it. The cookies can literally break a window they are so damn hard.. service is a mess because u will sit in the drive-thru way too long just to get your order taken. Then wait another long time to get your food after paying, just to find out,the food it wrong. And dammit, its ALWAYS wrong! I'm only referring to the Rockside Rd location. Oh and I dont care what kind of weather we're having, they will hand you your bag out the window, holding the bottom of the bag with the top wide tf open. Even in pouring ass rain!

This establishment must only require an iq of 3 to be a manager here. They sit there and ignore you while you wait at the counter to order, then completely mess every single item up on the order. Then have the nerve to try to charge me for a single bbq sauce. I don’t expect any less from this entire area anymore. I’ll drive 30 minutes away to eat from now on. As should you if you’re thinking you’re going to get decent service or food anywhere around here.

If they would just make fresh fries and make sure the portions are correct Large drink filled to the top, large fries filled and fresh they could actually pull off as a decent location.

I have been here quite a few times. It never seems to matter what I order, I'm usually waiting at least 10 minutes for food. The food itself is not the worst BK I've tasted. It's not a terrible experience, but if you're short on time, understand they're just like most fast food places these days.

If you guys don’t have any employees when you sign and your time online clearly says open, you should probably stay shut until your employees decide to Show up why open and tell everybody that thinks you’re open and pulling up telling them that you have no employees you don’t think that looks bad on your company definitely calling corporate

The worse burgerking ever. Never have any workers. You wait 5 mins in line before they even take your order. The workers are slow. Food is always cold. Honesty, don't know how they are still operating as a business.
