Don’t know what’s in this coffee also I ordered 10 munchkins they didn’t have it. They said instead I can get one doughnut.
Place is a joke. Ran by a bunch of incompetent people who can barely understand English. Cant even open on time.

I visited this Dunkin’ location early in the morning regarding a breakfast sandwich with a clear food-quality issue (photos attached). The lack of acknowledgment, apology, or resolution made the experience feel dehumanizing and deeply unprofessional.
The egg on the sandwich appeared contaminated and was not something I felt safe eating. When I brought this to the counter, the issue was not acknowledged, and I was not offered an apology. I requested a refund rather than a remake, as I no longer felt comfortable continuing the transaction.
I was told no one could issue a refund because a manager was not present. Multiple employees gathered at the counter, but no one attempted to resolve the issue, reassure me, or take accountability. I was simply told the manager was not there.
I also was not greeted upon entering the store, which has been a recurring experience at this location. Being made to stand at the counter explaining a legitimate concern while staff watched without engaging was uncomfortable and unnecessary.
This appears to be a management and training issue. Staff should be empowered to handle basic customer service concerns, especially those involving food quality. A simple apology and clear resolution would have gone a long way.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as customers deserve to feel respected when spending their money.

I used to love this place, the busier they are expect your order to be ruined. It was busy and the drive thru clerk was rushing lid was not on the clerk hands me the coffee and it spilled all over me and my car inside and out(new car) I ask for cream sugar and oatmilk, the oatmilk to cool it down because their coffee is served at BOILING temp. They feel the oatmilk is the cream so they just add only oatmilk instead of what I pay for. This place is horrible!!!!!!! And I'm watching it decline they may as will put the young people in there they started with when they first opened because it's no better. I will keep driving to Turney Rd.

I ordered an iced latte with oatmilk and they literally gave me a cup of ice and oatmilk. The cup is clear they could literally see it’s a cup of milk, it was white.
So I tried to order today and ended up standing there 10 while minutes and order never taken... The young man yet telling me he's coming to NEVER come but kept making drinks. They move extremely SLOW here yet have workers in EVERY station. I would've given ZERO of I could. Won't make the mistake of coming here again, but hope others have better experience.
