The food was not good. The chicken wings was really really plain. The greens was to sweet! Never had sweet greens yuck! And the macaroni tasted like it been reheated many times. The mac was plain and oily like cooking oil not butter. No seasoning . It had my stomach feeling sick. But the customer service was great and the place is clean!

I go here for Fries and onion rings at least 3 times out the week, I really love their sauce it’s been hard to find some good barbecue sauce since Hot Sauce Williams departure. The staff always nice I’m here now placing my order lol

I found this place when I picked up a door dash order. I asked a few people that were waiting for their orders how the food was. All said it was great. So, I ordered a rib dinner with fries, slaw and a couple of chicken wings to try them. Oh my, it was so good. The ribs were so tender and the sauce was delicious. I like their fries too. The were cut the same size and that is just how I like my fries. My next visit was on a Friday and I wanted fish. I had a whiting dinner and it was 4 pieces of fish with a great crunchy coating. Not batter and not cornmeal. Very good. I had fries again and 2 Bang Bang wings, to sample. This is my new spot. So far I love how when I ordered in advance it was ready. Also, the cashier is so pleasant.

I bought the perch dinner with mac & cheese, greens and spaghetti as my side dishes. The spaghetti was super sweet. Why sweet at all? the greens were horrible, the fish taste like it was dipped in old batter with absolutely no flavor. I'm so bothered because I went on my lunch break and can't go get a refund. Clean place, friendly staff, presentation of the food was good. The flavor of the food is terrible. They need a new cook and some seasonings. Save the sugar for koolaid, not the spaghetti.

I came there to pick up a doordash order.It took me thirteen minutes to get to the location and then I waited another twelve minutes for the order..... Do you want an honest opinion? Your staff moves like sloths.... I'm told it'll be up in one minute and then five minutes later.Oh, it's coming right up, but I don't get the order until twelve minutes after I get there

Solid BBQ Spot with Cleveland-Style Flavor.
Homestyle BBQ is a clean, welcoming spot with friendly staff and a laid-back vibe. The food was good overall—definitely that Cleveland take on southern BBQ with lots of sauce. They were generous with sweet with a bit of tang and a garlicky kick BBQ sauce. If you’re not a fan of heavy sauce, I’d recommend asking for it on the side.
The ribs had nice flavor, though they leaned more on the chewy side rather than fall-off-the-bone tender. One heads-up: at the time of this review, there was a sign posted about no refunds, so just something to be aware of before ordering.
All in all, it’s a good spot worth checking out. I typically don’t give 5 stars unless a place really stands out as exceptional, but this was a solid experience.
Had a business trip today and found this place to grab some food. The people inside were incredible. After a short conversation, I ordered multiple things, of course couldn't eat it all right away. I was taking it home for dinner also. She had them deconstruct my sandwiches and put everything separate. Extra credit in my book. The food was very tasty but the candied yams might be the best I've ever eaten. Definitely will return Thanks so much

The staff is welcoming and friendly. I had a few questions which were answered without hesitation. I had the brisket sandwich and collard greens. The brisket was perfectly beefy and reminded me of how my grandma used to make it. Homestyle is in the name and it really did take me back a minute. It was delicious. The collard greens were cooked to my liking. Perfectly melted down with a little texture and great flavor. Thanks for a great lunch.

Just needed to grab a bite to eat and I smelled the BBQ cooking across the street. Got the pulled pork sandwich , it was delicious 😋. I really liked the sweet BBQ sauce. It was all fresh . Definitely yumm.
