Food is great, the lady with blonde hair is extremely nice. *Update* these people here doesn't like the fact that i use coupons and they always give me a problem. I gave them today a coupon from the app for free fries but he took my phone and changed the coupon to $8.50 medium sandwich which prevents me from redeeming my free item. So, I get home they gave me the fries at the very bottom of the bag, meaning that they weren't whole waffle fries or even half waffle fries. It was the scraps. Smdh

Mr Hero is are absolute favorite fast food restaurant. Anytime we are in Ohio we seek out the closest Mr Hero. There waffle fries with cheese are amazing. Sandwiches are excellent. Please bring Mr Hero to Michigan!!

First time ever trying a Mr Hero. Had a medium Hot Buttered Cheese steak. Waffle fries.(Like Chic-fil-lay) And a soda. 15$ fast service. Clean, well lit place. (You can dine in) Men's room had a sign saying "out of order" although a male employee used it...food was hot and flavorful. Not a bad experience.
