Previous review. Brooklyn Dent is my daughter, three of us went to order takeout. My daughter and her friend’s takeout order was 47 dollars because of the 8 dollar gratuity charge for a takeout order and I was also charged 8 dollars for my takeout order it was 3 of us. That’s 16 dollars and we waited 40 mins and didn’t even have a glass of water. It was not 20 people in our group. It was only one others customer there. The few times I was invited to birthday brunches there the food was excellent and the service was great! This time was the opposite.

Service was minimal most of the interaction was handled by the person at the front, not the server that took my to go order so the %18 gratuity for 3 people on a to go order charge felt inappropriate and misleading. I wouldn’t have minded tipping if the service matched, but automatic gratuity on a takeout order without clear disclosure isn’t okay.

The Venue is very nice, the food was good, however the drinks were OVERLY PRICED and to add a 18% gratuity is outrageous

The food was great, the server was great, however halfway through our meal/mimosa tower the manager/owner informed us that we had to leave because someone else reserved the area at 2pm. The flyer states that brunch was from 12-6pm. Our party, along with another party were under the impression that we had the area reserved during this time. May I suggest that you clarify the reservation times. The other party had individuals that didn't get to order anything and they were told to order to go. I understand that you have to make your money, and that we didn't pay to reserve that area but there's a way to do things. Customer Service is key.

DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT GO HERE. It’s unprofessional and unsafe to go to. Workers and people attending at night are constantly hanging out in cars, smoking weed, playing music loud and drinking alcohol in the parking lot. I call for this place to be reviewed or closed. The place is an absolute disgrace to the community of Bedford, Ohio.

Food was great. A little salty but still delicious. The lights are too bright. They should make it darker to give it more of a night club feel. Great vibes and amazing music. All hip hop and rnb which is my favorite. Amazing security - Ali is the best!
