Ordered a cake on Sunday for Wednesday. They knew their baker was sick on the day and couldn't make the cake. Did not inform us that the cake wouldn't be made (all after trying to deny knowledge of the order even though they showed me a receipt they had of it).

Call before you order anything on Uber eats. They wait till the deliver driver gets there to tell you they’re sold out

The price of a ice cream cone is entirely to expensive. The variety of flavors are limited and you pay for the sugar cone as well. Gotta do better with the prices,

Ice cream old and freezer burned, store unclean, and workers refused to give back the money for the food that wasn’t edible. They claimed that they had no management when the management was clearly there. 1/5.

I ordered 3 quarts online of all different flavors. Two were pre-packed and the one was a fresh pack. That one was the whole reason for the order in the first place. Without even an option to substitute or any logical explanation, my order was just cancelled. The time of the order was 3:30p so it was no where near closed. Thankfully Doordash refunded me. When I called the BR location, no one answered and there was no voicemail setup. This is ridiculous.

I get a frozen coffee with butter pecan and caramel and cold foam. I had to take it back because they didn't put the butter pecan or caramel in it. This is the drink I get from them normally I know what it tastes like They didn't put nothing in it took it back and she made it again but still didn't put the right ingredients in it it's just frustrating because the price that you pay for the drink. You wanted to taste the way it's supposed to.

This place must have a new owner. First time I went, I ordered a Reesie sundae they didn’t know how to make it. Today I ordered two Reesie sundaes through Delivery. They didn’t have them so I opted for cookie dough sundaes and I only got 1. The only nuts they have now are almonds, for some reason. I called to try and see if I could come and pick up the other Sunday but the man just kept saying it wasn’t the drivers fault. I don’t think he understood what I was asking and that was the same as last time I wentIn person.

I have been working down the street for a year and 6 months and have visited this Dunkin' Donuts at least 30 different times trying to get a cappuccino blast, only three of those times have I ever been successful in that, that's not even an exaggeration I drink three of these coffees a day for the last 8 years, yet every time I come to this one their blender is always conveniently broken, another McDonald's if you ask me don't even waste your time going here if you have something more complicated than a hot coffee, they'll just tell you they're out of what you need or whatever they need to make it is broken. This place is a joke

Due to my egg allergy, I have to be very cautious with the possibility of cross contamination. The young man here was so professional tonight with ensuring that he used new utensils when preparing my ice cream. His kindness was truly appreciated.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I ordered a cake for my son's birthday a week in advanced.When I went to pick it up they just said "we can't have it ready for today but you can come tomorrow!" Don't trust them!
