This place must have a new owner. First time I went, I ordered a Reesie sundae they didn’t know how to make it. Today I ordered two Reesie sundaes through Delivery. They didn’t have them so I opted for cookie dough sundaes and I only got 1. The only nuts they have now are almonds, for some reason. I called to try and see if I could come and pick up the other Sunday but the man just kept saying it wasn’t the drivers fault. I don’t think he understood what I was asking and that was the same as last time I wentIn person.

This place is f****** terrible. I don't know how many ways to tell you that you'll receive better service and food quality @ a gas station that doesn't sell food. Even if you're desperate, avoid this place. Hands down, This place is fucking terrible!! I ordered a Turkey sausage English muffin and no one started making it. I was patient because it was busy but when I asked about my order and found out it wasn't being prepared!

I have been working down the street for a year and 6 months and have visited this Dunkin' Donuts at least 30 different times trying to get a cappuccino blast, only three of those times have I ever been successful in that, that's not even an exaggeration I drink three of these coffees a day for the last 8 years, yet every time I come to this one their blender is always conveniently broken, another McDonald's if you ask me don't even waste your time going here if you have something more complicated than a hot coffee, they'll just tell you they're out of what you need or whatever they need to make it is broken. This place is a joke

Before I retired I used to go to this location every day for my morning coffee and doughnut. On my first visit post-COVID and I was shocked. The parking lot resembled the lunar surface and I had to drive around the huge pot holes. The first thing I noticed upon entering the store was the strong smell of sewer gas. There was trash scattered around the waste containers because they were full and obviously hadn't been emptied in a while. The place was a mess! There was much loud talking in the carry-out area. I was the only customer there so I had my order taken and filled quickly, but the employee was not wearing gloves when she got my doughnuts. I don't know if they were still selling ice cream since there was brown paper covering the windows of the ice cream bins. Sadly I won't be visiting that store again.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I ordered a cake for my son's birthday a week in advanced.When I went to pick it up they just said "we can't have it ready for today but you can come tomorrow!" Don't trust them!

This is a combination Dunkin's-Baskin Robbins outlet that looks slightly newer than other Dunkin's in the Land. Its footprint is big enough to accommodate a nice number of parking spaces, a patio out front, and plenty of wiggle room all around for the drive-thru (or to bail out of it if there's a long line and decide to head elsewhere). As for the drinks and food, they're typically uninspired and uninspiring Dunkin's fare that's either bland and/or watered down. All those years of the brand shifting out of private equity ownership (read: cut costs, skimp on product) have certainly taken their toll. Still, the mobile app is super addictive and it's worth a visit if you can snag a deal or lots of bonus points on it. Note: the horrific photos that currently dominate this Yelp listing - the ones with nasty, ugly bare hands shoving drinks into your face like an extended middle finger - are smarmy stock images uploaded by Dunkin' Corporate. They do not reflect this particular venue - a violation of Yelp standards. Pro tip: when you see some "Elites" talking about how the flavored water - ahem, coffee - here is "the best as usual," that's a clear sign that they haven't gotten around much. Ever tried Rising Star or Phoenix here in the Land, let alone Blue Bottle or Ritual? Nice quality control when it comes to Elite-worthy reviews, Yelp. Not.

Been craving dunkin all morning. Got to the driveway and already was greeted in such a rude manner. Apparently they don't carry lemonade in the middle of august because its "not summer". Either way, it was so rude and off putting, my friend wanted the refresher, I wanted a coffee but the cashier was so rude I told her we can just leave, I lost my appetite with her ugly attitude. Disappointed

We were greeted with a friendly GOOD MORNING at 6 am. I immediately noticed the menu was full of items that my usual VA location did not have. This was great!! Went with the usual, since we had a 9 hr drive ahead and I didn't want to get too full. Order was fresh and hot. Coffee the best as usual. Great service hot delicious coffee. I'm happy. I have to mention the cleanliness of this Dunkin. Tables were clean, self service area clean and cup-stain free, no flying insects as sometimes dart your face. The donut were nicely stacked for customers delights. I peaked at the kitchen area, to see who was preparing our meals and saw shiny food prep areas. The floor inside and entrance area were swept clean as well. Good job to the staff.

On 6/5/2022 I went to get a milkshake. Staff were acting like actual children, dancing and singing and doing everything but making the orders for me or the cars behind me.I ordered a large but they made the wrong size and I'm 99% sure they just poured it into a large cup and added more milk to make it look like a large because there was like 2 or 3 inches of just milk at the bottom of the cup.It also took them over 10 minutes to do this which seems excessive for a single milkshake..Bring Anthony back, he did very good running this place! Made sure orders went out quickly and they were correct.

I've been here about six times now and every time my coffee order is wrong. It's just coffee not rocket science... very bad customer service as well.
