Went for a 2nd time to give it a try again after a bad experience by the same woman bartender. It seemed that she has low self esteem and mistreated women with smaller frames while wearing a bun and a sweater w/ biker shorts in the summer. We also watched her stare and envy specific customers. As a punishment towards women who take care of themselves, it seems they're treated bad. Got ignored twice when only just arriving. Never met these people but was treated like crap having to sit at the bar both times and wait over 30 minutes just to get served a drink and order food. An hour and 15 minutes later the bartender was asked about the ordered food and she made it like she checked on it and came back with no answers. Again after being asked 20 minutes later she went to the register to look the order up while secretly laughing with two other bartenders (probably never placed the order, never gave a receipt) when asked about the order she acted like she didnt know what i was talking about so I asked for my money back. In return she tried to scam me out of what was owed back because she didn't think I remembered what I payed. This bartender messed up my whole vibe. No excuse when it wasn't busy neither times. I rather go to Sam Silks where we aren't scammed on shots and the customer service is better.

THE BAR TENDERS HERE ARE VERY CHOOSY WHO THEY SERVE. IT GETS CROWDED HERE QUICK BUT ITS A COOL CHILL HEIGHTS BAR. SMOKE AREA IN THE BACK WAS HEATED WHICH WAS NICE.

I was visiting from Atlanta and visited this spot on a Thursday night. It wasn't very crowded, the service was great, and the drinks and food were pretty good. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Cleveland.
